Not only did he do a great job showed up on time BUT he charged me half of what other companies would charge to do the same service. Casey is the worst person to ever ask to do anything for your house. He is not reliable nor is he trustworthy like he advertises. He lies and reeks of weed and alcohol. He's confrontational and does not finish the job he says he would complete. Stay away and call someone else who'll actually do decent work

As I sit here writing this review I am listening to the Bigot Owner Casey Reade call my friend several racist names. Words I would never call anyone nor do I want someone in my house saying... EI: N_____, Jiggaboo, mayate, P____, Bitch, Punk... I could go on about all of the things I have had to listen too.
Let me back up a minute... My heater has been out since end of winter last year. I decided to get a jump on getting it fixed early. I called my old landlord and asked for his friends info that is a plumber. I met him once before. Nice guy talked about his wife and kids a lot.
He shows up same day to look at my heater, Smelling like a 12pk of beer. Gives me an estimate and I tell him I have to speak with my landlord. Fast forward three weeks, I call Casey to come fix my heat(Wednesday evening I believe). I have guests coming and it's chilly in the morning. He showed up extremely late and DRUNK at 11am on Thursday. He crawls under house again to see what parts he needs. I have to write him a check before hand for the job because he has no money to get the parts so I can reimburse him when he brings me a receipt(maybe that is typical IDK). By now it's getting dark so he can't finish. ( I also had to kick him out. He was making me uncomfortable w his comments on my looks and him crying about his situation with his wife, I told him you need to leave now and go home) He tells me he will show up tomorrow(Friday) to finish the job. Well guess what NO SHOW! I call to find out what is going on, he says I'll be there tomorrow to finish. No show again and again. At this point I feel like I am getting taken advantage of because I am a single women and he knows this. Had a man been living in the house this would not be an issue. So I call a friend to have him call Casey so he knows(this girl isn't alone and there is a man around). I'm calling you now because she feels like she is getting taken advantage of... Tell me when you will be there to fix her heat. He says ""I'll be there tomorrow"". NO CALL NO SHOW, then he says I am stuck in HB on a job and I can't get the part and get there in time. Mind you he has already been paid to do the job and it's been a week. From Sunday to Thursday I am on 14hr days. I have a splitting head ache and it's FREEZING in my house. I didn't have time to baby sit him, on when he was coming. I left a light plugged in for 3 days so he could see under the house. NO SHOW ALL WEEK! We 3-way the conversation on Friday. He refuses to come and fix my heat on Saturday. I will be there on Monday. At this point I cannot speak to him anymore. I completely snapped on Friday over the phone. So my friend continues to be the liaison to make sure the heat gets fixed. Casey called me Sunday to confirm Monday but I didn't answer, He then called my friend a few hours later to confirm. He said he would be here early between 8-8:30am. Guess what?!?!?! No Casey... He finally rolls in at 10am9smelling like a 12pk)... He finished the heater about 12:15.... In the meantime he knocks on my door and asks where my friend is? Wanting to fight. Seriously? I also notice(maybe it's a coincidence, I don't believe in them) he has a freshly shaved head... While he is under my house calling a dear friend of mine explicit racist names... If I had an extra $350 laying around I would have told him to get out and paid someone else with some work ethic and manners. HAHAHA here is the kicker... After all his shit talking and name calling wanting to fight my friend. He calls to tell him the heat is fixed...
Lesson learned NEVER call this guy again, Never pay a contractor upfront, and once you realize there a drunk don't do business with them.
