Steve, who has lived in Watertown his entire life began his plumbing career in his hometown in 1980 with a reputable local firm before launching his own venture in the community in 1987. Since then, he has grown his company to cater to the plumbing requirements of the area.

Timothy S.Absolutely horrible. While the initial fix on our toilet was good, customer service is awful. I asked the repair man to replace the outside water spigot. He removed it, then did not have the replacement part in the truck, said it would take about a week, and then left.
Did not cover up the hole in the wall to the outside. Never called back in a week. I have to cover up the hole. 2 months go by, I called another plumber, they came out and replaced in 30 mins. Now you expect me to pay the bill full price. Ha, just awful.
James G.Greg was at my cottage today and did a great job fixing the burst pipe on the primary water feed into the cottage. It wasn't easy to get to the burst pipe but he did not complain and things went very well. I am totally satisfied with the easy service call setup and the work he did.
