It is so challenging to pick a plumber, but I depended on the ratings when choosing A&S. Armando was easy to talk to in looking at our need for a sewer cleanout. He made it clear they would do the job and charge a reasonable fee. I trusted him immediately. The job was scheduled right away and there were no interruptions in getting it done. The fellows who did the digging were amazing--out there in 100 degrees digging down 3+ feet. In two places, because the sewer line wasn't where we all expected it to be. They stayed until after 5 p.m. to complete the job and were very considerate of the folks in the building. I highly recommend this company!

We had a clogged toilet which ultimately led to a septic situation that we did not know about. He figured all of this out and fixed our current obvious issue and then our unknown future issue.

Amazing fast service! Javi and Danny replaced my 28 year water heater with a new updated one. They replaced, installed, hauled away the old one and cleaned up all in a little over 2 hours. Wow! Impressed and satisfied. Also the ladies of their front office (Maria and Estela) were very responsive and made scheduling an appointment easy! Strongly recommend A &S plumbing.

All of a sudden, a pipe developed a major leak in my well house and it was quickly flooding the floor. I was panicking and Googled emergency plumbers in Napa, and A&S Plumbing was one of the first results and they had really good reviews. I called the office and Estella was very sympathetic and understanding that this was an urgent situation. She contacted her plumber, Armando, who was working in my neighborhood and he asked him to pop in and shut the water off, so the well house wouldn't get completely flooded. Armando came over 10 min after I made the desperate call to his office, and he not only shut off the water, but also fixed the leaking pipe and my leaky water filter housing. Absolutely stellar service, honest and dependable, and willing to go above and beyond to help in a crisis situation. A&S will be my go to plumbing service from now on.

Armondo came out within a couple of hours of calling on a Saturday morning. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and happened to have a great new faucet in his truck. He installed the new faucet and made sure there were no leaks. He also replaced a flapper in the toliet that was sticking. Very happy customer

We have a condominium in a 50 year old subdivision in Napa. Many units have had issues and ours finally did after 30 years. But that cumulative time made the issue more complex. They were responsive, thorough, and respectful of the inconvenience of this on our unit. The also gave suggestions about how we might prevent this in the future. We've used A&S Plumbing a couple of times before. They were always on time, friendly and fairly priced. So when I had some clogged pipes today I knew exactly who to call. Response time to my message was within a half and hour and they sent Andy out a couple hours later. He was friendly and quick to fix the clogs. We highly recommend A&S Plumbing.

The first time our landlord hired their services for us, we weren't content with their communication since they were over three hours late and didn't offer any explanation or apology. It cut into my dad's working hours since he had to wait for so long.

However, they came around again to help fix the water pressure of our sink. This time, they communicated well and came on time this time, so my dad was a lot more satisfied with the service this time around

He's very professional and knew that the problem was not my toilet but with the pipe in the outside. He fix it, made my toilet better the how it was before. I highly recommend A and S!
