I've used ASAP Plumbing a few times ... when I first moved into my home 4 years ago, he hooked up my refrigerator to the water line. My refrigerator was across the kitchen from the plumbing ... he had to crawl under the house to do it. It was February and very wet under there, and he put a sort of hazmat suit on (I know that wasn't what it was, but it looked like it), found where the entrance was and crawled under there. He also recently fixed a leak in my shower and a broken toilet seal. He is prompt, courteous and shows me what he's doing and what's going on. I can't imagine calling anyone else.

Bruce is WONDERFUL beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I called him in a dither at 5:30 am with some sort of mild stream running through my kitchen. He called me back within 45 min, told me what to do over the phone to stop the bleeding and then said he could be there by 8 am at the latest. He is honest, funny and a joy to work with. We also have rental properties and use him for those as well

I met Bruce of A.S.A.P. Plumbing through a home warrantee on my condo five years ago. I no longer live in the condo but have continued to hire Bruce because he is very easy to work with, does an excellent job, is fairly priced, and is honest. I am giddy with delight over Bruce's work. He came on Sat. of Thanksgiving weekend, even though it was not an emergency, and fixed my 30-year-old leaky toilet quickly and expertly. He clearly knew what he was doing and what was causing the problem.

He was neat -- put down cardboard to protect my hardwood floor -- and took away the discarded parts so I didn't have to deal with them.

Bruce is also a good-natured, warm fellow who obviously loves his job. When I asked him what he likes about plumbing, he said, ""I get to solve puzzles and help people.""
