An elderly shower faucet started leaking so I attempted to replace the cartridge. Removing the old one proved to be impossible and so I called ASAP in the afternoon. I eventually made contact about 4pm, explained the problem and was told that the plumber would arrive to do the repair between 9 and 10 am next day.
Bruce arrived on time and did the job in under 1 hour. He was very personable and obviously knew what he was doing. He had all needed parts and special tools for this very scenario. His pricing was very fair and I will not hesitate to use ASAP for my future plumbing needs.

Bruce came to our rescue by connecting a couple of new faucets. I'm a DIY guy but I just couldn't get the connections right on the supply lines. Bruce responded the same day we called and came to the house 2 business days later. He was running a little (45 minutes) behind and he called to let me know. He took care of the faucets in less than an hour and explained to me what I was doing wrong. Great job and a fair price.

We have an old house with a bathroom sink that hadn't worked in more than a year. Needed new faucet, but more than that, the sink didn't drain. At ALL. So I bought the faucet online [he told me what kind and good place to buy.] The faucet came in 2 days, Bruce was there to install it. Woohoo! Works great!
