Bruce was the plumber my home warranty company had come out for a problem 20 years ago at my own home. We used him a lot the first 10 years, then forgot about him. In the last year we have rekindled our business relationship and are wondering how we lost contact with him. We have used him in our own home and some rentals.

Bruce is not the cheapest, probably his charges are somewhere in the middle. But what you get is someone who is reliable, efficient, doesn't come at you with extra charges, problem solves, tries to save you money, leaves the premises in same condition as when he arrived, and when he leaves you know the job was done right.

I am a real estate broker and property manager and I would not use anyone else.

I've used ASAP Plumbing a few times ... when I first moved into my home 4 years ago, he hooked up my refrigerator to the water line. My refrigerator was across the kitchen from the plumbing ... he had to crawl under the house to do it. It was February and very wet under there, and he put a sort of hazmat suit on (I know that wasn't what it was, but it looked like it), found where the entrance was and crawled under there. He also recently fixed a leak in my shower and a broken toilet seal. He is prompt, courteous and shows me what he's doing and what's going on. I can't imagine calling anyone else.

Bruce is WONDERFUL beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I called him in a dither at 5:30 am with some sort of mild stream running through my kitchen. He called me back within 45 min, told me what to do over the phone to stop the bleeding and then said he could be there by 8 am at the latest. He is honest, funny and a joy to work with. We also have rental properties and use him for those as well
