BEWARE ASAP PLUMBING. THEY WILL EXTREMELY OVERCHARGE YOU.

Our water heater stopped working in January so we called ASAP plumbing because their sticker was on the tank. They showed up the same day to take a look at the water heater and they ordered a part (not the parts) needed to fix it.

The water heater has an LED light which blinks a certain amount of times to tell you what the issue is. When ASAP called the manufacturer to order the part, they failed to mention how many times the light was blinking so they just sent out the part ASAP asked for.

The part arrived and ASAP quickly showed up to install it. They serviced the water heater and added a gas shut off valve, which they said they were doing out of the kindness of their hearts for no extra charge. When they were done they gave me a bill for $535, which I thought was pricey, but I wanted hot water so I paid it no questions asked.

Fast forward to last week and the water heater stopped working again. It was the same problem, but this time I called the manufacturer and I told them how many times the light was blinking so they said I needed the part that had already been replaced by ASAP and another part that would prevent this problem from happening again. I told the manufacturer that I had paid over $500 to have this fixed the first time and they told me it should've been less than $200. I called ASAP again to see if they could install the parts and I was hoping they would do it for free since it was their fault it broke again, but they said they would only give me $100 discount, again, out of the kindness of their hearts.

I decided to call Bill Howe and have them do the install to see how much it would cost. They showed up to my house this morning and installed the parts in less than an hour for a whopping $184.

I will never do business with ASAP plumbing again. This is why people do not trust these industries. They're crooks!

They were awesome! A huge wealth of knowledge and he explained issues or concerns in a way that I could understand. They did an inspection on plumbing of our new house. Told us things that are important and not important as well. Robert was our inspector and even caught mistakes from the plumbers that our home warranty company sent recently. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. They will definitely get our business for any future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my hot water and needed someone to come out right away. They were able to get a plumber out the same day! The plumber that came was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my water heater and inspected some other things in my house for free. The cost was definitely more reasonable than I expected, especially with needing someone on a Saturday. I'd been told it would be extra for a weekend call by other companies. I highly recommend them and will be calling them from now on for any plumbing needs.

Jagger showed up within the window of time he stated over the phone, COVID friendly, and ready to go. He completed his task quickly AND efficiently. There was miscommunication with property management that almost prevented him from doing his job, but he handled it in a very professional manner and made sure he completed the task. Happy customer.

They did offer a free estimate however when I decided to go against their services they're asked for some money now I have a big job it was going to cost upwards of $13,000 that was about 6 1/2 thousand dollars for the repair and restoration and another 6 1/2 or so for all the plumbing labor and parts many many parts

two other estimates one was approximately nine grand total the other was seven grand total

Don't Bother! Had an appointment 2 hour window. Waste of my time. They never showed or called and won't pick up phone. So unreliable. Glad they never showed saved me from hiring an unreliable company!
