Save your money this company is a huge rip off. I called them out to my house in rancho Santa Fe to fix the hot water. They told me that my whole system needs to be flushed out and s pressure regularity need to be replaced. $1800 later and a month with several attempts to fix it I was still not getting hot water fast enough I would wait about 10 minutes before I get hot water. When I called them to come back their technician said that I have to pay $500 when I complained to the boss they waived. It gets better... They said I need another regulator for the main house and a new garbage disposal.. Mine was only a year old in the pool house but they said it was rusted because we don't use it enough...that's another $1200 and they said I was getting a deal. I brought B&B plumbing from Escondido to cheek it out. The guy put a gauge and it read 60lbs which was perfect and as for the garbage disposal he used a wrench to unstick it and it's been perfect..: these guys are thieves and their technician Mike is rude with customers

Albert was very professional & did a great job of explaining both the issue & required repairs. He also explained further possible repairs should the issue I was having return. Very nice guy...definitely recommend using these guys!!

I had a serious sewer issue with root intrusion in my lateral lines. ASAP was called in by my ""insurance"" company, Service Line Warranties of America. They were always on time, worked efficiently and cleared the plug. When the insurance finally gave them the go-ahead to camera and hydro-jet the line, Daniel worked for 2 hours identifying the problem, checking his work, troubleshooting a intrusion before hidden and clearing that. All the plumbers sent, were great but Daniel deserves 5 stars. I will call ASAP again if ever needed.

I needed a plumber for my clogged toilet. I called them and the person who answered the phone was very friendly and tried to help me over the phone. I thought that was great. He still believed someone should come out and I agreed. Robert came out and he was super friendly and explained everything in detail. He gave us options as to what we could do and pricing. He let us decide with no pressure. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service and we were. For our first plumbing experience I gotta say it was great and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them! Robert has years of experience and you can tell. He was very detailed and very clean. Im glad I gave them a chance! Oh also I called them at 3pm and they were here around 5pm on the same day!

Call ASAP Plumbing out to repair a kitchen faucet that had started to leak under my sink. The whole base board was damaged and needed to be removed. They were able to find and repair the leak which was only a loose hose or something. He only charge me a Service Fee of 59.00. I thought it was going to be a new faucet I had to buy or something. Glad they were honest about the hose. I had a new faucet put in several weeks later by them. Always good to have Service company do what you apy them for.

Let me just say that I was having a nightmare before I talked to the folks down at ASAP Plumbing. Me and my boyfriend had woken up one morning to a dripping noise. It was a slow drip, and we searched and searched our apartment to no avail. We gave up searching for the source of the drip and wrote it off as coming from elsewhere since we couldn't find a thing! Bad idea!
Later that evening, a little after 9pm, we walked into the bedroom to find a giant wet spot on our carpet. Yikes! But wait, that wasn't the worst part... Upon finding the spot on the floor, we look up to find an even bigger, sunk in spot in our ceiling. We were freaking out. We tried contacting our apartment complex's after hours emergency phone number. No answer so we left a message.
After about 45 minutes or so, we still hadn't received a call back from our landlord, maintenance man, nobody! Keep in mind as we are waiting, the hole in our ceiling is getting bigger and bigger... Basically we had a huge spot in our ceiling that was literally caving in.
After waiting another hour with no response, we decided to take matters into our own hands and contact a plumber. I had heard great things from a few friends of mine about ASAP, so I gave them a call.
We had a plumber at our place within an hour and he was more than friendly and understanding of our emergency.
He informed us that one of the pipes in our attic was rusted and had burst. The bad news was that he couldn't fix it without turning off the water to the unit... And to do that, he would have to turn off the water to the whole building... And of course to do that they need permission from the landlord.
Ugh... At this point I was getting worried. We tried calling our maintenance number again with again no answer!
The plumber told us that he would try and subside the leak and save the rest of our ceiling. He went into the attic and cut a small hole in the ceiling where it was already caved in and basically withered away. He placed a bucket under the hole to allow the water to drip out without disturbing the remainder of the ceiling. He told us to contact them again once we got a hold of our landlord and they could fix the remainder of the problem.
The next day after FINALLY getting a hold of someone who ""manages"" our rental property, they sent someone out to take a look. They ended up using one of their guys to fix the problem (which was a bummer cause he was rather rude and left quite the mess when he was through.) The plumber they sent out though did tell us that had we not had the hole cut into the ceiling we probably would have gotten mold and had a good chunk of our ceiling cave in on us... So thank you again ASAP Plumbing for saving the day and my sanity!

We are in the process of remodeling, and picking a plumber was one of our tasks. I like to use local tradespeople, and while on Hwy 78 this week, saw an A.S.A.P. Plumbing truck/van. Thought I would check Yelp and the BBB.
Well, while sitting on Hwy 78 at 7:00 AM (with the ASAP truck behind me), within 10 minutes I changed my mind. As with any work hour commute, you are going to have people who need to merge onto the freeway. Simple as that. This ASAP ass had to be 1 inch off of my rear bumper, preventing anyone from getting onto the freeway! The fact he was a total ass, I also had to worry that he was going to rear end me. I was finally able to get away from him by changing lanes (once we got up to 20 MPH!) , and he continued to be an ass for the next 5 miles, at which time I got off the freeway.
Anyone with an anger issue like that I definitely do not want to deal with or have on my property.

ASAP Plumbing and Drain are completely incompetent and only use them if you want your home destroyed.
My story goes as follows: I live in a one bedroom condo located over an undergroung garage. The pipes in the garage were leaking and supposedly the only way to access the leak was through my condo walls. First Robert cut a large whole in my new bathroom cabinet and determined he could not access the leak this way and proceeded to cut a large hole appox 2 feet by 2 feet in the wall of my master bathroom and also my closet. After the job was completed he told me I had to leave the walls open for 5 days to dry out. I did not question this as they are the ""professionals"". Three days later while lying in bed I heard scratching and realized I had mice. I have lived in this condo for 6 years with no problem with mice. I immediately contacted pest control but it took months and a new kitten for me to feel secure in my home.
ASAP denied any responsibiliy and said the mouse/mice probably entered in a box. I additionally noted that this company is not listed with the BBB. Surprise, surprise.
If you value your home steer clear of this company. They are horrid.

Worked with this company several times and have always been happy with the end results. They were out last week to remodel bathroom, and install new hot water lines. good job. Working good.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST PLUMBING EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE EVER DREAMED OF!!!!!
Robert the Master Plumber...HAHAHA!
Well my story starts of with a clogged shower drain in our home in Clairemont. I call ASAP Plumbing to come snake the line. Robert shows up but while snaking the line he breaks through the pipe and we can hear the snake hitting the bottom of the tub. OK that's not your fault we have an older home and pipes do wear out and this can happen. They charge me $140 but tell me I can apply this to the bigger project if I have them come back to fix the pipes.
So I demo the bathroom and get it ready for new pipes all the way up.
Robert shows up and the jack hammering etc starts... Meanwhile my wife and I go buy new Hansgrohe valves and trim kits while they take 3 days to finish the under the tub work. Why so long...well they had to go three times to get the ""right tub""! telling me why this is a better tub to go with(when really it was the closest one they could find that was my size) than finding out it had the drain on the wrong side so they go back to the original tub and tell me the exact opposite of what they had just said saying this will be just find as he knows how to install it properly.
Another reason is that he was on the phone every few min with a emergency flood company arranging times for them to come by
MY HOUSE to drop off his cut of cash for referring his customers to this particular company.
Oh and because he didn't understand how to install a Hansgrohe IBOX valve and sent me back to Ferguson's explaining they didn't give me the right trim kit of what I needed the shower to do. Well it turns out with the help of the wonderful customer service at Ferguson's that indeed he had no idea what he was doing and had capped off one of the valve exits that was needed for the tub spout. After calling him back to explain what had gone wrong he apologies for his mistake and came back to fix it.
OK now I understand things happen just get this done!! So he comes back hooks up the water says everything is good to go and leaves.
I'm happy and looking forward to my contractor coming to start this process of putting in the new tile, vanity, etc... Now we didn't have the trim kit left on the valve so we could tile the walls so we had no way of turning on or off the water.
The work starts and is finished perfectly and timely by Chad Tan Construction...we are so happy with the new bathroom and ready to use the new shower before the in-laws show up for the weekend.
NOW THIS IS WHEN THE NIGHTMARE STARTS...NO COLD WATER!!! That's right... Robert the master plumber in his hassle and frustration with not knowing how to work with an IBOX has hooked up two hot water pipes to the valve sealed be hide our new bathroom wall. A complete hack job...NOT only does this mean he didn't purge the line to make sure nothing would clog the valve he obviously didn't even turn the water on to check for leaks!!!
So now we have been fighting with them for over 2 weeks while the offer patch job repairs and boarder tile work to make up for their mistake.
Well a half ass repair job on our brand new bathroom is not going to work for us and I expect that we will have to take them to court to get this fixed properly.
So there you have it...$3700 later I have one shower that only has hot water, a tub that is 1/2 inch unlevel (to the back of the tub) and a time consuming hassle on my hands for the the next few months.
I wouldn't have these guys work on my worst enemy's house, I wouldn't trust a work they say and PLEASE for your own safety do not use ASAP Plumbing in your home!!!!!
