I called them out for an estimate. Bob Moore is very prompt at coming out. Obviously because he has very little business and certainly not much repeat business. He charged me $150 to write up the estimate. His estimate for each repair item was one hour labor per each repair. I accepted his estimate and he returned the next day. He was at my house for a total of 1 hour although he still charged me 5 hours labor. Nor did I get any credit for the $150 estimate charge. I learned a hard lesson and will not be conned again. I do not recommend him. Interestingly he is a permanent resident of NC but he still has Florida linces plates on his two big beautiful Royal Flush Trucks. They say nothing beat a Royal Flush. Well he sure game me the Royal Flush.

They were prompt, fast, and extremely friendly. We moved out here a year ago. It is extremely hard to find service up here, but we are happy and lucky to have them nearby l. My husband tried to change the filter, and forgot to turn the valves. Water pipe popped. Thank goodness 'A Royal Flush' was there!

The only reason this company gets one star is because I couldn't give a zero.
I spoke with them on a Friday about coming out to put in a water heater at our cabin in Maggie Valley. It was set for them to come on the following Monday and not only did they NOT show up they never called to say why. When I reached out LATE Monday to find out why they didn't come they had no answer but said they would be at our cabin on Tuesday AM to do the job and they would bring the water heater and they would be out after 12:00 pm. Again not only did they NEVER show up they never called to say why. I would NEVER recommend this company to do any type plumbing work much less as them to keep you up to date.

I've been using these guys for all my homes and they've always come through !
They are a little more $$$ than others, but the work they've done for me over the past 10 years has been nothing less than stellar !
once the work was completed, I never have an issue with what they repaired !

My wife and I had just moved here from Florida and had major leaks throughout the house. We called them and they responded immediately and fixed the issue in the same day. We were not only impressed with the service but also with how clean they left the house after they left. Grade A plumbers here, we wouldn't call anybody else.

Called Friday 10/5/18 to schedule appointment on Monday 10/8/18 to fix toilets at home. They were to call in am when on the way to house. Never called in the am and never called in the pm. Wasted day for me. Would not use in future. Now have to take another day from work to meet a different plumbing company at home to just fix a toilet.

Very expensive. Replaced parts that did not need replacing. I will never ever call them again. The only reason I called them was because my regular honest plumber was out of town.

Cons and shysters.

These guys came out and did a bunch of work that didn't need done and charged me way too much money. They also didn't fix the real issue, which I told them about several times on the phone and when they arrived. Instead of fixing that, the idiot proceeded to do other ""work"" while bragging about his plumbing knowledge.

They billed me hours for the time they spent running back to the shop because they forgot stuff that's usually in their van.

They charged time for looking for a lost cell phone.

Then after complaining about the bill they had the nerve to say ""... you should appreciate that your plumbing was looked at by a professional"".

Having used these guys in the past, first number in the book, hence why A Royal Flush..I am a single professional female with no experience with plumbing, I paid $1500+ for hot water heater, $400 to HOOK UP a new washing machine, "" lines had to be changed"" and then the water cut off valves were installed with the hot water running from the blue cut off and cold from the red which is opposite of how they are supposed to be installed. Once again, I have hot water heater leak, but at my mother's home, she said she called a plumber, guess who's here at her house charging $1700 for hot water heater replacement, and the washing machine that leaks when hot water is used, is already leaking after ""it was fixed"" today. These guys are supposed to be back in am to "" finish up a few things"" . I'll send a review after this, but this company better be ready to explain why they are so expensive, especially for women and older women that have no experience with dealing with crooks.

I called this business and asked about how much an hour, this business charges to come out. He called me three times on the morning he was supposed to come out to let me know he was running late. No problem. He came out, thawed my pipe with a torch, he was here and hour, my pipe refroze and then he charged me 190.00 dollars to do absolutely nothing! Call someone else. I can't believe the price gouging that this business is doing.
