These guys were quick, professional, and went the extra mile. I think the price was right and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. They replaced a hot water heater in a very difficult location, got it done quickly and economically and were willing to explore all options with me without trying to sell me things I didn't really need. Will use them again should the need arise.

I called Monday am as soon as they opened to get an appointment for this week. I told them it was not an emergency, expecting several days wait. They came out that very day. They did three jobs: toilet loose and leaking at the floor, kitchen sink leaking big time, and a small outdoor water pipe leaking. Prompt, polite, professional and affordable. AND a local business. They came through and fixed my mom's plumbing issue for almost nothing when another local company was trying to charge her almost 2 grand for a new hot water heater. The one that wasn't working wasn't even three years old. They were polite and professional and got her hot water back on no problem with a little wiring issue for next to nothing. She's an elderly woman and very stressed about not having hot water heater. I'm glad these guys treated her fairly and didn't take advantage of someone just because they could.

They were 45 minutes early for a plumbing emergency we had with three toilets in the house. The guys that came out were hard working, respectful, and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable (~$350) given that toilets and proper plumbing are a necessity lol so I guess you can say it's worth it! We'd definitely use them again in future if needed.

i'm not a social media person; i think this might be my first review, but it's definitely warranted for this company! i had a leak under the kitchen sink. it had caused extensive water damage to the bottom board in the cabinet; it was really gross. i called """"a royal flush"""" at almost 1400 hrs on friday before a labor day weekend. i requested that we set up something for after labor day (four days away) and """"darrin"""" told me he could have someone at my house in 30 minutes. this blew me away. they arrived on time and were friendly and professional. they discovered where a the drain is threaded that there were several cracks. he even shined a flashlight through it. their repairs were fast and effective. this was a great experierience and the price was very reasonable. i highly recommend this company!

Services was for a heating element, and thermostat being replaced. We have two tanks, in the attic. Professional team was actually at the wrong tank, when he noticed the leak pooling at the bottom of pan. By the Grace of God, and their good eyes, saved me thousands of dollars, for insulation removal, mold, and ceiling repair from water damage. Got a new tank, and heating element, thermostat on the other tank. I was very happy with the communication process,  the professional team, you sent out to represent the company, and the time it took to complete the project, which all was done by an hour to hour and a half. I've used A Royal Flush for several years. They always arrive promptly and do good work for a reasonable cost. They have repaired both water heaters, installed bathroom plumbing, repaired my well, and fixed a handful of other issues for me. I've never been anything but satisfied with their service.

The owners of A Royal Flush (Daren and Jeanne) came out the same night I called to check out our failing hot water heater located in the attic. They had two qualified plumbers here at 8:30 the next morning. While draining the old hot water heater, it completely rusted out and quick thinking by bringing a shop vac along with buckets of water brought down from the attic averting a disaster for sure. I'd give this company and their plumbers a 10 if it were available!

I needed a new toilet put in. I'am not from the area and was kind of nervous. I called and made an appointment, and was very Satisfied with everything from making the phone call to telling the guys what an AWESOME JOB THEY DID!!!!!!!
