Reading over all of the reviews, I was very confident in asking them to go to my 70+ year old mothers house to fix an issue with the toilet. They informed me that they would be able to be at her house the next day between 8:30-9:00. Around 9 they called me to tell me that there was a mix up and that the computer system moved their appointments around, but they would be there around 11. They showed up around 1:00 and started working on the issue. A couple hours later and 500 plus dollars they leave with the issue supposedly fixed. Shortly after they leave, my mother calls and says that she is having the same issue. I called the office and left a message, the phone call was returned within a few hours and I was told that he would bring it up to his boss. The next day, I go to home depot and rent a drain snake. Run the drain snake up the clean out several times, heard water rush out and now for 45 dollars and about 45 minutes of my time, the toilet is working fine. Someone from the office called me Monday and asked if he needed to come up and take a look. Be mindful that when I spoke to that same person a few days earlier, they informed me that it would be an additional 250 dollars to run a camera up the drain. That would have been 800 dollars for something that cost me 45 dollars at Home depot. Once I told him the actions that I had taken, he had the nerve to say """"Don't jump the gun and come to conclusions, it may stop up again"""". Well, if it does, this is one place that I will not be calling. So, the take away is: 1. Late (An 8:30 appointment time turned into a 4 1/2 hour wait) 2. Inexperienced workers. (I'm still not sure that the kid that they sent was licensed) 3. Did not fix the problem(I was told that they ran a drain snake through the clean out, very weird that when I did it the next day, it worked) 4. Way overcharged a elderly widow on a fixed income (I repeat, if the problem would have been resolve, 500 dollars would be high, but worth it) 5. I forgot to add that they broke the toilet flush handle (Why would they need to even mess with that???) Stay away from this company or at least have someone there with a little knowledge of plumbing so that the same thing does not happen to them as happened to my mother. They may have been good at one point, but the experience that we had was overly expensive and very disappointing. 500 plus dollars and the issue being resolved is one thing, but she paid 500 plus dollars and had the same issue.

Services was for a heating element, and thermostat being replaced. We have two tanks, in the attic. Professional team was actually at the wrong tank, when he noticed the leak pooling at the bottom of pan. By the Grace of God, and their good eyes, saved me thousands of dollars, for insulation removal, mold, and ceiling repair from water damage. Got a new tank, and heating element, thermostat on the other tank. I was very happy with the communication process,  the professional team, you sent out to represent the company, and the time it took to complete the project, which all was done by an hour to hour and a half. I can't express enough how great this company is. I remodeled my 70+ year home and as you can imagine...a lot of work! Every person I interacted with at Royal was professional, prompt, and extremely courteous. If I had any concerns, it was addressed immediately. Kitchen sink and master bath sink were clogged. Kitchen sink was slowly draining was even backing up. Called Royal Flush and they had plumbers here in less than 45 minutes. Snaked 60 foot of exterior piping and cleared it right up. They were in and out in an hour. Quality work. Resealable pricing. Military discount. A+! I'll be calling Royal Flush for my future plumbing needs!

i'm not a social media person; i think this might be my first review, but it's definitely warranted for this company! i had a leak under the kitchen sink. it had caused extensive water damage to the bottom board in the cabinet; it was really gross. i called """"a royal flush"""" at almost 1400 hrs on friday before a labor day weekend. i requested that we set up something for after labor day (four days away) and """"darrin"""" told me he could have someone at my house in 30 minutes. this blew me away. they arrived on time and were friendly and professional. they discovered where a the drain is threaded that there were several cracks. he even shined a flashlight through it. their repairs were fast and effective. this was a great experierience and the price was very reasonable. i highly recommend this company!

They were 45 minutes early for a plumbing emergency we had with three toilets in the house. The guys that came out were hard working, respectful, and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable (~$350) given that toilets and proper plumbing are a necessity lol so I guess you can say it's worth it! We'd definitely use them again in future if needed.

They came through and fixed my mom's plumbing issue for almost nothing when another local company was trying to charge her almost 2 grand for a new hot water heater. The one that wasn't working wasn't even three years old. They were polite and professional and got her hot water back on no problem with a little wiring issue for next to nothing. She's an elderly woman and very stressed about not having hot water heater. I'm glad these guys treated her fairly and didn't take advantage of someone just because they could.
