Kerry P.called for service and a quote. Got a quote when he, Jarred, arrived. 8+ hours later and another guy(BOB) showed up to help and in 45 minutes he supposedly got it done (NOT). Price went up by $600.00 for additional labor hours, keeping in mind how many times guy #1 went back and forth to home depot plus numerous trips out to the truck and 5 hours later still no hot water! Parts $775 Labor should be ZERO, since neither of them fixed the water heater!!! Royal Flush, Royal RIP-OFF
