The owner, Steve, replaced our old kitchen faucets with new kitchen faucets that we had purchased. The installation included the main faucet, a water filter faucet, an aerator cap and a waste disposal air switch push-button.

The installation went well and his fee was reasonable. However, he installed the water filter faucet with the handle turned incorrectly toward the user rather than off to the side like the main faucet. This not only looked wrong, it was awkward to use. I wasn't home for the installation--my wife was--otherwise I would have seen that.

I called him when I got home asking if he could at his earliest convenience please come back and turn the faucet 90 degrees to the right position. I mentioned that the faucet that he removed had the handle to the side, as it was supposed to be. His explanation was that his tool could not reach enough within the tight space underneath to install the faucet with the handle oriented correctly.

After a couple of days of the faucet driving me crazy as it was, I called him back and left a message asking if there was any possible way to fix the problem; maybe by removing the disposal unit to make room, etc, adding that I was willing to pay him additionally.

No response.

I called again after another couple of days.

No response.

Finally I called another plumber who came and quickly and easily turned the faucet in the right direction, with the handle to the side. I had to pay him, of course.

I have worked in construction for over 10 years as a project manager. All I can say about Steve, the owner of Royal Flush Plumbing is flat out, he is the best around. I have used plumbers throughout California, and there is only one company I use if I'm working around Santa Clarita/San Fernando Valley/and surrounding areas.... A Royal Flush Plumbing. I recommend Steve for work to my family and friends because I trust that the work will be done right, fast, and professionally. He's done commercial work for me in addition to the residential work, so he knows he knows his trade and his pricing is always honest and fair. I don't usually write reviews for anyone, even though I am a avid yelper.

Called Steve for a quote on several repairs in our home. He was courteous, professional, and gave a great price. Even referred a fantastic and affordable dry wall contractor. He was meticulous in his work and very clean. I highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs!

I have never written a review on Yelp before, but I had such a positive
experience with A Royal Flush Plumbing that I felt it was important. If I needed
to list three words to describe the owner of A Royal Flush Plumbing they would
be honest, reliable and fair. I called the company and the owner, Steve,
answered the phone and was able to calm me down and reassure me that the
situation was fixable. These days it is really nice dealing with the owner
instead of some big conglomerate. I felt like he really cared instead of being
just another number. He was able to come out right a way to look at the problem.
He was very honest when he explained the problem and spoke to me in away I could
understand. For me that was and is priceless. You will not find another
plumber with such a great disposition, who is honest, reasonably priced and on
time in the Santa Clarita Valley.

I was referred to royal flush by my sister who highly recommend them to me. Ive always been ripped off by random companies I called out of the yellow pages so this time I wanted to make sure I was getting someone who could do the job at a fair price. Steve was the guy I spoke with who came out and fixed the problem In my bathroom. He also helped fix a couple of leaky faucets in the kitchen and the guest bathroom at no extra cost to me. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. He seems like the kind of guy you can trust in your home. I'd recommend him to anyone.
