I was referred to this company via the insurance company I am a part of. The person who contacted me did so within 12 hours, and came over to replace our garbage disposal about an hour after contacting me. He was very professional, and had a good sense of humor during the entire visit. The garbage disposal works very well and was installed quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone needs to know a plumber and when you move to a new area you have to rely on word of mouth or recommendations. We were lucky enough to have A Rose Plumbing recommended to us by our realtor...called them right away to get three new toilets installed to replace the water guzzlers in our recently purchased home. Scott called us right back and set us up with exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. We're very pleased. His magnetic card now resides on our new refrigerator...cause you never know when you will need a plumber.

This company has been nothing but helpful and very professional since we have used them for various jobs. When we moved up here over a year ago they were recommended by the home warranty company. We used them for our laundry room remodel and replacing toilets and a recent leak in a toilet.

Love this company!! When we first bought our cabin, the toilet in the bathroom got clogged all the time. Called ARose, told them we wanted a ""good flusher"", he bought one, installed and no problem. Recently ancient downstairs bathtub leaking. They came out, couldn't fix, but found replacement part to special order. Came out again, part doesn't work. Still haven't billed me a thing. Gave them a key, said just replace entirely and replace surround if you have to if it doesn't survive being pulled off the wall. Arrive at cabin today, all new parts, surround intact and no leak! Such great service!

I had a leaky faucet in my bathroom that was covered by my home warranty (just bought the place). The plumber showed right on time and fixed the problem. I would give 6 stars, but the problem was pretty easy. Still completely satisfied.

Charged a $120 visit charge TWICE on the same day (Total: $220) Came and 'had to leve' due to another appointment, and return and charged two visit charges (separate from payment for work completed. If you've got MONEY TO BURN, these guys have the MATCHES to burn it. They did address the problems but should not be called by anyone unable to afford making A Rose plumbing super rich.

Work provided same day on two separate items is satisfactory, however this company is deceptive in how it charges. After item 1 was resolved he left and came back to address item 2 and charged us a separate ""service visit charge"" for each item at $120 each, totaling $240 (in addition to other charges) JUST FOR COMING TO OUR HOUSE. IF you're desperate for a plumber and have money to BURN this outfit has the MATCHES.
