After having Solution Plumbing come out twice and tell us we're just gonna have to dig up the pipes if we want it fixed and told us the pipes were running clean Rooter Man fixed it in ten minute because there WAS a clog and they found it right away and fixed it! No digging up or replacing needed and were way cheaper than the previous plumbers we had out here by $100! I will be calling these people from now on!

Also, they have a 30 day warranty!

Did not show up at the given time and didn't give a courtesy call letting us know they would be late. This was very frustrating because we had sewage backed up into the house and had made the appt. two days prior. The charge for them to simply check and see if our tank was full was only $50 less than it cost us to have another company come out, uncover the tanks, pump both tanks, clear the blockage in the main line AND cover the tanks back up. I will give them credit for their pleasant telephone skills and for not charging us to show up and tell us that we should call someone else.
