buyer's beware! i give these guys a zero rating! please do not use their services. tom and justin exploited my 86 yo father by telling him he had a broken sprinkler pipe when the basement flooded. this did not make any sense, as there was no sprinkler pipes leaking, and they weren't even turned on! they said they wouldn't work with insurance because they 'woudl'nt pay"" as it was outside, but then demanded $2700 upfront in cash only. my brilliant dad refused. however, due to health issues, he was not able to go downstairs to refute their claims. they completely exploited him and he ended up making payments for $2750 worth of 'work' that was totally unnecessary. recently, his sewer pipe burst. not knowing we had called the awful company who exploited my dad, we called rcp. micah came out, and dug up a bunch of plants, left feces all over the ground, and then told me the entire sewer pipe from house to middle of street needed to be replaced. he was at the house at 0800 the next am and would not begin work until contract signed. he got nasty and was a total creep when i questioned why the entire thing had to be replaced, when they were able to clear it and see at least 25' of good line. he was condescending and rude. i will tell you the bill was so high, he wouldn't even tell me what the bid was over the phone ""i have to explain it to you in person"". no, micah. you think you are charming, but you are a salesman and and a poor one at that. i had mainstream come out who gave me upfront pricing and never even had any of my info other than my cell #, until it was done. entire cost: $4900!! i know micah's bid was well over $25,000! these guys are crooks! do not call them ever!!!

Please do not get a quote and agree on it before getting work done. I was quoted an amount and told that it would be cleaned up. It was a por job and I was way over charged. I called the company and was told that they do not give detailed invoices. No one ever called me back when I said I was very unhappy with the work done.

What a day, started with no hot water and lots of ideas for a new one. Had a tankless all ready to go and Aaron and I spoke at length about what to install with all the pros and cons. Long story short. End of the day we have hot water! Very Professional and courteous. Definitely will use again. Thank You.

I have a flood in the bathroom and bedroom. Our regular plumber was sick and told us to call them. They did nothing but open the walls and call a emergency team. Very nice, and respectful. My only issue with them, is they charge me a different amount then what was on the invoice. Forgot to tell me there was a 3.5% charge for using credit card. We will never use them again because of that. We will wait for our regular plumber for now on.

I called and made my appointment which was super fast. They came to our home and were very polite and friendly. I appreciate their honesty with our toilet issues. Every step of the way I was informed and texted. The crew fixed our toilets and the job was done amazingly.

I called because I suspected my heat tape failed and my pipes were starting to freeze. Brian did a diagnostic on the case and told me he thought it was a breakage outside of the home. He took the least amount of time to find a possible reason for the problem. His diagnosis was spot on.
