I knew something was wrong when I washed my hands in the kitchen sink and the hall toilet overflowed. We called A Right Price Plumbing and Jordan showed up in under and hour. He identified the problem quickly, which was a broken sewer line leading out of the house, and got right to work putting the wheels in motion so we could have water again by the end of the day. Jordan and his crew worked at lightening speed and, sure enough, we had water again that evening. I cannot say enough great things about A Right Price Plumbing. They're knowledgeable, considerate, friendly and speedy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

There's something to be said about someone who loves their work especially when it comes to plumbing. Jordan came out and handled the business at hand professionally and efficiently. Squeezed his 6-8 frame into the tiniest of crawl spaces, burned his arm, and I'm sure bumped his head a few times, all while providing a little comic relief. Definite 5 star rating

We just bought a new house, and the two tankless water heaters were emitting gas smell and not working properly. We have home insurance with Super, and A Right Price Plumbing was called to diagnose the tankless heater problems. We were set for a morning appointment and they never came. No one reached out to us. I had to call them twice before they could confirm that they would be coming out instead in the afternoon. The two technicians who came out were abrasive and unprofessional. They laughed at the fact that we needed them to wear masks in our home. The two technicians refused to let me know what was the issue when I asked them and told me instead that I needed to talk to the insurance company for approval. The insurance came back with a quote for $625 for an issue that was unrelated to what turned out to be the real issue with the heater. They had no clue what they were doing. STAY AWAY.

I called on Wednesday night (non-emergency) and the plumbers came on Thursday morning. They fixed my clogged sink within 30 minutes. They knew exactly what to do and were friendly and knowledgable.

I had a sump pump problem and was going to pay for it myself rather than using my home warranty. A local company came out and the person described two issues that were going to cost over $1,000.00 to repair. Based on that price I decided to use my home warranty and Super Home Warranty sent out Jordan from A Right Price Plumbing. It turns out the person who first came out was totally wrong about the issue and Jordan repaired the real issue quickly and professionally. I then called him for another plumbing issue and again he provided superior service. I highly recommend him if you're in Lake County and need plumbing work!

I feel the need to write another review because this is yet another pleasant experience we've had with Jordan. We noticed a leaky spigot on the side of our house and called Jordan to take a look. He came out today and changed out the entire pipe, added a shut off valve, put a new spigot outside, AND repaired the bad cement around the spigot. I am an raving fan!
