We've found our new go-to plumber! We recently discovered our sump pump had failed one evening, a few hours before it was supposed to rain. A real person answered when I called after hours; she then contacted Jordan directly and he was at our house within the hour. He installed 2 sump pumps quickly and neatly. He was also nice to chat with after :) It did rain later that night and our basement stayed dry, but it certainly would have flooded if it weren't for him. While here, he also discovered and explained a couple other potential issues - one he said could wait and told us what to look for and the other he told us how to easily fix ourselves, saving us money and probably saving us from another water problem in the near future. Sump pump went out and I called in the morning. Jordan was friendly on the phone and had ""the office"" ( a family member) call me back for my info and set up the time of 3pm to take out the old pump and put in the new one. Arrival was right at 3pm. Less than an hour later the new pump was in and I was very happy with the service. Less than others would have charged and friendly, professional service. Excellent job done fast, done right, and done for a reasonable cost.

I called A Right Priced Plumber when my water wasn't running due to the freezing weather. Within an hour, Jordan came. I was lucky that my pipes had thawed after I'd turned the water off the night before. Once Jordan turned the water back on, I was back in business. He checked all of my faucets to make sure everything was working properly. Jordan was super nice about coming out, and very fair. I'll definitely use him in the future.

Simply amazing service! Great guy. A great plumber is hard to find and I kinda want to keep him to ourselves! . Jordan answered on the first ring after 7 pm, while finishing up another customer and stopped in on his way home. Ended up fixing our frozen pipe in the back yard, left around 9:30. Just awesome!!

Inconveniently, our sump pump and battery backup failed precisely when the rain and snowmelt was at its peak. Waking up early Sunday morning, I was greeted with standing water in the basement. Then the dread began to set in. It was Sunday morning. Most plumbers are closed on a Sunday. Not only would I have to sit and wait a day for the damage to get worse before someone could make it out to fix the problem, but I would also likely have to sacrifice my Monday waging this war against a flooded basement, a true annoyance and inconvenience all around.

Fortunately, I found Jordan. I called him at 7:00 am and he was here by 8. On a Sunday. During the football season. Talk about a godsend...

By 9 the pump was replaced and the race to dry the basement had begun. The new pump which he installed was nothing fancy, just something to fix the problem in the moment. However, given that Gurnee gets hit hard quite often when the Des Plaines inevitably floods, I opted for a 2 pump setup that alternates which pump is running to reduce the strain on the pumps.

Jordan came back out later that week to install this new supercharged Ion Genesis. During heavy rain, both pumps will activate. This set up also can be set up with your smartphone so you know when pumps are running. It also gives you reminders on when to run battery back up checks to make sure you're ready for a flood of biblical proportions.

Install on the new setup was affordable and convenient. I couldn't be happier. Jordan even gave me a credit on the final bill since he removed the new generic pump once the upgraded Ion was in.

When disaster strikes, give Jordan a call. It doesn't matter the day or time; the guy will make it out there and fix your problem.

We actually were sent Jordan and Harry by our home warranty company and we are sure glad of it!

Jordan showed up on time with two appointments. He got our plumbing up to code and even made sure that our dishwasher got to have its own drain separate from the kitchen sink.

I didn't even know I had a major problem until Jordan brought everything up to snuff. The kitchen sink drains so much better!! Plus, there is no more slowdown while the dishwasher is in operation.

I can't speak too much on the job due to my lack of any plumbing knowledge but no leaks, we are up to code, and we are draining better!

Also, they are both pretty funny while being professional. It always helps to have some humor when your sink drain is being taken apart.

Additionally, they really try to keep the mess to a minimum. Thank you!

Our water heater failed a few days before the July 4th holiday. Jordan promptly came out to diagnose the problem, determined that the water heater needed to be replaced (it was an old unit) and to our surprise, replaced the heater on July 4th. Jordan told us he would arrive promptly in the morning and that the replacement would take a few hours. He was on time and the replacement did, indeed, take just two hours. The work was quick, efficient and clean. Jordan explained everything he did (and why he did it). He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Jordan and his assistant worked methodically to be sure that the installation was 100% perfect. I highly recommend Jordan and A Right Priced Plumber for your plumbing work.

Jordan was right on it when we needed a plumber for a leaking water heater. Even though he, and other plumbing companies we called were swamped during the big deep freeze this winter, he managed to get to us by the next day with a new water heater. He installed it quickly and efficiently with the exact quote he gave us over the phone. He thanked us repeatedly for giving a local guy our business, which seems like a rarity these days, and said he would send coupons for repeat business. Would use again for sure.
