My water heater started to leak so i called and John and his 78 year old father showed up. These two were great. They inspected my system an explained the problem to me which did require a new water heater and gave me a bid right then. I was informed it would be ok for a week or so and they told me to reach out to some other companies to confirm, compare, etc. I did and they were comparable. I made the choice to go with John and they scheduled it for the next day. The install went great and they took the time to explain my system and answered any question I had, they even took the time to confirm my pressure regulator. I was not in search of a plumber but this will be my first call for my future needs. Thank you!!

I had some major work done by Larry 2 years ago. He had have the sewer dug up on the side of my house. He replaced some pipe and cleaned it out. It was over $2000. 2 years later I called him back for a sewer back up again. (Similar symptoms to what happened before.) He was unable to come due to medical reason, and recommended another plumber). I had the other plumber clean out my pipes and run a camera through my pipes to see what was causing the issue. The connections that Larry had made 2 years previously on my pipes had come undone, and dirt, etc., were getting in again. When I called him back and asked him to come and fix it under warranty, he hung up on me. I did research and many places guarantee their work on jobs over $750 for 6 years. Don't go with A Rentmeister!!!

We had our main backup into our basement Saturday evening. I called another company and I just didn't feel comfortable with them coming out. I called and got straight through to Ted, he was so kind and was here within 35 minutes. He was able to quickly trouble shot and get the line clean. He made sure everything was cleared and that the drains were draining properly. And the biggest bonus was the price! The other company was going to charge more than what I paid just for coming out! Over the past six to nine months, the water pressure in my condo has been getting weaker. With a houseguest this week, it became unbearable, so I called Rentmeister. They did some tests and replaced my pressure regulator in good time and for a decent price. I can't believe the difference. These guys are the best!
