We had our main backup into our basement Saturday evening. I called another company and I just didn't feel comfortable with them coming out. I called and got straight through to Ted, he was so kind and was here within 35 minutes. He was able to quickly trouble shot and get the line clean. He made sure everything was cleared and that the drains were draining properly. And the biggest bonus was the price! The other company was going to charge more than what I paid just for coming out! I highly recommend them as your plumber! Thanks again to your company and to Ted!

Over the past six to nine months, the water pressure in my condo has been getting weaker. With a houseguest this week, it became unbearable, so I called Rentmeister. They did some tests and replaced my pressure regulator in good time and for a decent price. I can't believe the difference. These guys are the best!

Kevin Thompson and his assistant, Joseph, came out after another plumber could not finish the job and Kevin and Joseph were great. They easily extracted the broken off cartridge without a major repair and gave me preventive information and quotes on other purchases i will need to make in the future.....Ask for Kevin Thompson at Rentmeister---he was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and honest.....I highly recommend Kevin! Larry installed a new water heater as my old one had begun leaking. He did a great job, was very polite, and took time to explain the warrantee ratings on heaters.
To my surprise, weeks after the service was done, we found a homemade pie on our doorstep with his card attached. I was happy with the service before the pie but I couldn't possibly not post a review after something like that. I have never had anyone that provided a service do something like that. My wife and I were amazed. The pie is great too!

Talked to Larry about a stop and waste valve(main sprinkler shut off) And told me what to expect as far as cost and if I dug the hole myself would save $$$. So I did and made an appointment and Steve came out . Took a look at what was needed and got the parts. Put the valve in during a rain storm and had it done in no time. A neighbor saw the truck and came over to ask about a plumbing problem they were having. Steve helped them as well. Cost close to what Larry quoted and after a couple of weeks Larry came to the house asked how it went and handed me a berry cheese cake. Great customer service would recommend them

I have had these guys over twice. Both times they have exceeded my expectations. One time was a plumbing issue with my sink and the other was a water heater installation. They were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and even let me know what needs to be done to extend the life of my appliances! I was quoted twice what they charged me from a different company that was less willing to work with my hours. They are awesome! I recommend these men to everyone!
