At A Reliable Plumber, we focus on being available when you need us, not just after a leak has caused damage. We operate primarily as a plumbing service company, specializing in minor renovations. New construction is not part of our offerings. We strive to be the dependable Service Plumber you can rely on when others fall short. You can count on us to answer your call after hours, on weekends, and even on holiday weekends!
At Procter and Gamble, Howard learned the ins and outs of the plumbing industry. His journey started with steam distribution. Over time, he expanded his skills to include potable water lines, sanitary systems, and waste ejector pumps. He went on to study compressed air systems and their maintenance. He obtained a college education in his plumbing trade. Howard moved into service plumbing in Southern California. He received his plumbing license in 2016 and established A Reliable Plumber.
Raised in the heart of Los Angeles, Howard moved to Mammoth Lakes in 2000. At Mammoth Mountain, he served as a lift operator until 2005. Following that, he lived on the East Coast for ten years. During those ten years, he mastered every facet of plumbing. With his family, he returned to the Eastern Sierra, where his heart has always belonged. Now, Howard can work diligently and enjoy life to the fullest!

Raymond P.I was staying at a friends home in Mammoth. Called out plumber because toilet was leaking. Shotty work at best. Left a mess. Do yourself a favor and call another company. Two guys showed up. And one of them smelled so bad of marijuana. My 5 year old asked what the smell was. The Mexican kid was yelling in Spanish on his phone most of the time. Seriously bad service!
B. K.Work done for me had to all be redone. Still trying to recover a valve that was tightened too hard and now need to replaced via opening the wall. Toilet flush systems installed with screws etc. Not sure what happened when I called a plumber that is licensed but very costly aftermath. Still trying to find the parts broken and mis-installed. All work done had to be redone. Nice people but not a plumber I would ever call back. Not sure how much all this damage will cost me to fix. I have pictures of how things looked before they came and it was left in a mess handle broken off etc . After complaining about the issues just said they looked at YouTube and will come fix it !!! A licensed plumber learning from YouTube ! Now I am stuck with huge bills, time wasted on these projects and parts that are impossible to find. Don't like to leave bad reviews but as you can imagine I am super frustrated with Howard and his team.
