This company was referred by our home warranty. I was referred to this company via a home warranty contract. Even though I had an emergent problem, they stated they could not respond for 3 days. I told them to cancel the work request. The following day they called and stated they were going to bill me for service unless I called the home warranty company and cancelled the work order. I explained I already told them I was not going to use their service and the ""gentleman""; on the phone became abusive and said he was going to submit a bill. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company due to their lack of responsiveness, rudeness, and unprofessional behavior. If their response to a request for service is a reflection of the quality of work they may provide-buyer beware!

We had a leak under our sink and called home warranty. Anthony arrived and evaluated the situation. Other plumbers I've used would try to find the most expensive thing to repair / replace or try to leave asap and collect warranty fee.. Not Anthony, he showed us what the problem was (small hose leak). He also took the time to fix a few small issues not covered under warranty for free. We will only use this company for our plumbing needs. Thanks again Anthony!

The representative who came out to my house was so ridiculously unprofessional, I'm not sure there's a business out there he should represent. He was assigned by the homeowners warranty company. He came out for a garbage disposal that had been making noise for a year and seized. He was able to get it unsiezed and found a small piece of rubber inside it. It was obvious that the rubber piece had not been in there for more than a day or so and certainly not for a year as it was for the most part undmaged. I inquired about why it would be making a metallic noise and he again pointed to the piece of rubber. I explained that I'm an engineer and I can assure him that piece of rubber had not been in there for a year. At no time, did anyone there (technician, Property owner or myself) raise their voice or use any profanity or call anybody names, yet the technician stormed out of the house because I questioned his opinion and stuffed the invoice under the property owners windshield wiper. I didn't feel my issues were resolved at that point. I can only hope that the property owner doesn't pay the deductible. for a few dollars more, I could have just saved the headache and installed a new disposal myself.

My home owners insurance sent out A Reemdy Rooter & Plumbing as a third opinion after the first two crappy plumbing companies walked in and back out. I found Sergio to be far superior to the other plumbers from Gennaro's and Superior. In contrast Sergio arrived on time and was very professional and courtous even after I wasn't at the beginning given my experience with the previous two. I would highly recommend A Reemdy to anyone. I know know who to call for all of plumbing needs!

Home owners assigned Reemdy Rooter to come out within a 4 hour window of time, 1-4, I called the office when I was stuck in traffic from a previous made meeting, I told them I would be home at 1:30-1:45 instead of 1pm, the lady on the phone was rude and said they had waited for me already 3 hours??? Excuse me my appt was not until 1pm its 12:35 how is it you have waited 3hrs, well I guess someone wanted off early or they had no other business??? she wanted to end the call with out making a new appt, (I guess they don't need business)?? I told her no reschedule now so we rescheduled to sat 8-10 guy shows up but not prepared to fix problem now my husband was told the office will call to reschedule, he left at 9:00 its 2hrs later still haven't heard from anyone!!! My best bet get someone else these guys don't seem worth my time. Ive used other plumbing companies and this is the only one I've ever had this type of experience with..
