Heather was great and got us scheduled immediately.
Before the appointment, I received a text with a photo of the plumber that would be coming.
Derek was professional, and polite and didn't mind our obnoxious dogs (he showed me a pic of his beautiful dog).
They will be our go-to plumbing company and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

I wish it was possible to give this firm minus stars. I am in charge of maintenance in our HOA . One homeowner had a service warranty through Home Service and developed a sever pipe problem and they assigned A Plumbing to the job. While addressing the problem, it was necessary to excavate in the street to connect to main line. They arranged for location of public utilities, but failed to check for private lines as required by the 811 rules. As a result, they cut the electric wire to our private street lights. I hired another locater service to locate the street wire and discovered the cut wire was right in the middle of their excavation. The 811 rules are very clear that it is the excavator's responsibility to make sure there are no private utilities such as our street lights. They were either uninformed of 811 rules are just too lazy to check before excavating. I have contacted A Raymond Plumbing via email and formal letter requesting they repair the damage they caused. To my surprise they have not responded to my requests, which clearly demonstrates a lack of basic trust or concern in dealing with their customers. I will be taking every action available to make sure they take responsibility for their mistakes according to the clear rules of 811. Many of our homeowners have the Home Service plan and a call to their customer service will be my first call , the second call will be to the city hot line and the last call to Better Business Bureau.

If I could award zero stars, I would! I pay for HomeServe services, including plumbing, and I've done so for a few years. A Raymond Plumbing is a service provider under the plan. This is the 3rd time I've requested service where the responding plumber is a flat out rude jerk! My husband needed to simply turn a washing machine so the plumber (Derek) could access the main with his machine. We've had a backup causing a huge mess and fecal matter on the laundry room floor. This guy refused to wait 5 minutes for my husband to turn the machine. Instead, he left and told my husband to call HomeServe again after the washer was turned! He said his boss wouldn't want him standing around waiting! My husband said hang on, it will just take me a couple of minutes and that's all it did take him! I don't think this company or their plumbers understands who the customer is and who is paying!? I requested that they never service us again under that warranty. Three times met with a jackass attitude and zero sense for customer service or courtesy. No thanks! It seems he just didn't want to do the job. Unbelievable attitude, too!

Fast, expert service with knowledgeable professional. Will use again!
Fixed my sprinkler back flow system

I've been in construction for over 40 years, have 3 brothers and a sister. All of have been in construction for over 40 years, including both parents. They either own their own business (General contractors) or work for other very large companies and have never dealt with an individual that charges money for an estimate. I called them in Sept 2022 and they wanted to charge me something like $135.00 for and estimate for work that should have amounted to around $1,200 dollars. In my opinion any company that has to charge for an estimate doesn't understand how a ""Free Market"" works best and has too many issues with standing behind their work.

I was having a very slow drain in my bathroom sink. I tried using the usual methods, to no avail. I called A.Raymond, setup an appointment. When the person got here, all he did was pour some crystal granules down the sink. However, on the receipt report, he stated that he disassembled the p-trap and pulled some hair out. He was not here even 30 minutes, and there is no way that he could have accomplished any of that in the amount of time that he was here. Bottom line here is: Don't Call A.Raymond for anything.

We have a patch of our driveway tore out due to the ""neighbors "" water leak that is in our driveway- His insurance company hired Raymond to come fix it- ( mind you after trying to contact the city , MUD, to Find out what the next step is and I don't know for sure if the problem is resolved anyways - so I had called around lunch time and left message - they Immediately called me back - and Explained what the situation was currently - and Us being frustrated because this has been going on for some time - she offered to reach out to the insurance company - to get in touch w home owner to get status of If ITS COMPLETELY resolved or not- FINALLY HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON AND BEING SO CONCERNED, KIND , AND PRO ACTIVE TO EASE MY MIND ABOUT THIS SECTION OF DRIVEWAY THAT NEEDS TO BE POURED BACK?? Thanks RAYMOND PLUMBING FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! I APPRECIATE IT!!

A Raymond came to my home due to water coming in my basement, as I was unsure where the water was coming from.
The plumber showed up completely unprepared with a camera that didn't work and had to run back to shop for another camera and additional pieces for the snake. All while charging me for drive time to and from my home for his time.
The plumber was unable to finish the job and advised me before he left that if I called another company to come figure out the problem, to call A Raymond back and they could come fix what the other company finds.
I will NEVER use A Raymond again.

I give this a five star review they have been here more than once and always very professional and done an excellent job in fact I believe they've gone Beyond.
I don't understand the other comments but that is not been my experience at all

We had a great experience with this company. We had a clogged drain but they came out within a few hours and they unclogged the drain. The young man was very professional and honest.
