I was really overwhelmed because I had multiple ceiling leaks and was thrilled to get an appt the same day. I'm so pleased with the service we received from Josh and Chris. They had a big job to do over 2 days and they did an amazing job explaining everything to me and worked diligently to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I had a clogged toilet on a Sunday afternoon right before I was about to leave for vacation. Chris called me quickly to set up a time and was able to make it out within a couple hours to have it fixed. He was upfront about pricing before even arriving and walked me through the potential causes. Upon arriving, he was professional and courteous. We quickly determined that a disposable toilet cleaning wand had accidentally been flushed and was clogging the line. He was able to address the issue in less than 30 minutes. I would absolutely hire him again for any of my plumbing issues.

Had leak under my sink and decided to google plumbers. A & R showed up in Yelp and had a $89 special for 1 hour labor. After sending in a photo of the problem, it was determined that the problem was the faucet.
Appointment made for 1-4 pm window. Kevin called and showed up just before 1 pm! yes a bit early but sooner's better than later!! Everything completed in 1 hour!! Definitely recommended!!

Chris rocks! I put an inquiry in Yelp yesterday afternoon and Chris responded within 30 minutes. I sent him a video showing the issue at hand, and he quickly deduced what the issue more than likely was. He was able to come out and fix the issue today, keeping me appraised of his ETA, each step of the way (that's professionalism!). Within an hour, my wife's shower was fixed and is running better than ever! This guy is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I WOULD RECOMMEND WITH A DOUBT!
