These guys came and did what another plumbing company couldn't do last week even after 5 hours, a huge bill, and an unholy sewer mess left in my bathroom, which left me scrubbing it with bleach for over 6 hours after they'd left. On top of it, after the other company said they'd fixed the problem, I had a flood that ruined the wood floor in my dining room from the obstructed line that they claimed to have fixed.

A & R Plumbing did it, and did it right; they kept me posted at every stage of the fix, cleaned up after it was over, and fixed the obstruction that the other guys couldn't fix. Sam and his colleague were great. Sam said he doesn't quit until he finds the problem and he was true to his word. These guys are the ones to call when you want the job done right the first time!

Very honest and high quality service. We had a problem with our spigot to the hose outside. The plumber reviewed the details of the job before getting started. After he reviewed the job the actual price was a little lower than the quote. He clearly explained the problem and provided a fix to prevent the problem from happening again. I will only use this company for plumbing jobs.

They were scheduled to come to my house at 8:30am but for some reason didn't show up until 9:30. First they were an hour late to the appointment that was scheduled a week before. Second they want to charge me $1,200 to fix a leaking shower head. Unbelievable do I really need to say anything more?

Unresponsive! Reached out May 17th for quote on plumbing job, business asked me to submit pictures electronically for quote. Submitted same day, follow up May 20, was told ""boss didn't look yet"". Today is May 25, no responses. Clearly they don't need the work or choose to respond. I would assume they may not show up for jobs if they take this long to respond to work quotes.

They were here within the four hour window Mr. Scott told me. I explained to him the situation and what was going on. They arrived within the four hour window and started doing the work. Got the problem fixed and cleaned up afterwards. Will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Never showed up for appointment and never called to let me know they wouldn't make it. Spoke with receptionist several times who could not get owner to call me. Took day off work waiting for nothing.

I had a bad experience. Was scheduled for the morning, took the day off of work, the crew showed up at 3:15pm. No one bothered to let me know they were going to be late. I contacted the office twice and was told they were going to ""be there in 20 min,"" which wasn't true. The work crew didn't get the work done on the first visit and stated that they would come back the next morning to finish the job. I was told someone would contact me at 8am; I was contacted at 9 am and told they would show up at noon. I didn't have them come back.

Spoke with the owner Adam about my experience, and he was not apologetic nor did he feel the need to rectify my experience. The good news is, they overcharged me for the work they did. Don't use A&R Plumbing!

My dad called this morning at 8:00 am, Charles and his partner were there by 8:45! Great response time and they took care of the problem in no time at all, Great company, he would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber! Great job!
