We have been using A&R for a couple of years now at our rental units and our home. They are exactly what one would hope for in a family owned company. The plumbers have all been amazing, efficient, clean, and upfront about is going on and how they are going to fix it. My favorite though is the office staff when I call....the girls are so kind and accommodating. They turn my panic into relief everytime! Clearly this company takes pride in their work!

I discovered A & R Plumbing while browsing Nextdoor for recommendations to fix a cracked garbage disposal. Mario arrived as scheduled and promptly replaced the disposal with ease. He even took the time to explain how to tighten the disposal and pointed this out, which was a big help. Great first experience! Thank you, Mario! I will certainly be back for any future plumbing needs.

Kevin and Robert did excellent job. Came to the minute on agreed time, kept house clean. They installed, after removing 40 years old faucets, new plumbing and faucets.

The last time I used A & R plumbing was a very unpleasant experience. I will admit previously having no issues with them. But we used them where I work in one night late I called A and R Plumbing for an emergency.. the plumber on call would not answer the phone. I did speak to Monica in the office and she did her best to help and when I finally got ahold of the plumber he was half asleep and there was a long silence on the phone.. I asked him if he was coming when I called back the second time another long silence I said are you coming or not and the A&R Plumber responded f*** you. The guy probably worked all day and was tired but I never expected that. He showed up and quickly cleared the drain and we have never used them since

My water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called A & R first thing Monday morning. Every person I spoke to was professional, polite and friendly. I spoke to Danielle initially and a few other times and she was great every time. The came out when they said they would be there to do the replacement and they had all the parts and equipment needed to finish the job the first time.

The quote they gave me was a little higher than I expected, it has been a number of years since I priced out water heaters, but when the work was complete, it was $250 less than the quote. I appreciated that the quote included possible extra time, but when the time was not required they did not charge me for it. I believe I got good value and great service.

When you have a flood in your laundry room and it's panic time, a plumbing company that tells you we will send someone out as soon as we can and DOES deserves 5 STARS!

Add a friendly and knowledgeable plumber to the mix and you know you're a customer for life!

PS. We've used A&R twice already and they are amazing! Don't call anyone else!

We recently had a clogged kitchen sink that we could not clear on our own. I had noticed the A & R plumbing trucks around town over the years and looked them up on yelp. Given the great reviews, I decided to give them a call and was not disappointed. I opted not to have an emergency visit in the evening, but requested a call back in the morning. My call was returned by the office first thing in the morning and I had a plumber at my home by 8 AM. He quickly solved the problem and the bill was quite reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

We had Alfredo out today and had a great experience. He explained everything very clearly and gave good advice. In the last couple of days we had a serious plumbing problem. The Cal American Water subcontracted workers who recently completed street piping upgrades had done an amateurish job of connecting the new service to my home's PVC piping, and a pipe broke, pouring water out of my water meter. We immediately had Cal American shut off water to my house--on the day after Christmas. I called A & R Plumbing upon the recommendation from my daughter. A & R sent out Reuben Vega, who did an absolutely outstanding job for us. The repair was complicated, involving some cement demolition, digging, and pipe connector reconstruction. Reuben and his assistant completed the repairs within about three hours. He communicated very clearly, explaining exactly what work was needed and gave us a ballpark estimate based on A & R's customer friendly time and materials pricing. The final cost was about 1/3 of what I feared it might be. I could not be happier about the work A & R did for us! A+ !
