I had another great experience with A&R Plumbing today! Mario G. and his helper Francisco replaced my 3 toilets today. They were very professional, helpful, and personable -- doing excellent plumbing work, explaining things as they worked, and cleaning up everything very nicely. The pricing was reasonable (slightly less than their rough estimate beforehand) and scheduling of the work through Michelle was smooth and efficient. Overall a very good experience with A&R, and Mario provided truly exceptional plumbing service!

A & R rock. They have come out several times for different issues. Backed up sinks, toilet that's not flushing right. Re-plumbing some of our pipes. The issue we just had is our garbage disposal stopped working. Justin came out to replace it...but when he heard that the motor was still working, he asked if he could just inspect it first. He did and it turns out there was a metal object that had gotten inside and jammed the disposal. He took it out and it was working just perfectly. He saved us the money to replace it and did it easily and quickly. Really grateful.

Had a kitchen sink drain pipe clog that I could not clear trying all the typical remedies including a hand cranked snake. Mario came out and did a great job on a super clog using their mechanical snake. Took a couple of attempts, but finally cleared it. Very professional work putting everything back together and making sure it all worked and there were no leaks, Very pleased with his work and professionalism.

On Sunday afternoon, our Flume device indicated that we had a possible leak and that we were losing over 30 gallons of water an hour. I confirmed that the leak was between the water meter and the house, but couldn't contact a plumber until Monday morning. I called A&R Plumbing in the morning (8 am) to get on their schedule, and was able to locate the leak myself shortly after. I called A&R back, told them I had located the leak, and within 15 minutes Shannon called and said they were sending someone to fix it. Mario and Will got here and repaired the leak by 10 am. They checked the repair, turned the water back on, and were on their way. Shannon was great in getting someone to our house, and Mario and Will were true professionals in fixing the broken pipe. I will always call A&R first (and always have) for plumbing needs. They are extremely responsive in emergencies, and are timely for more routine less urgent work. Don't bother to call anyone else - A&R is the best.

We contacted A&R when we discovered a leak in our kitchen faucet hose. Turns out it was a difficult hose to find. But, they were able to find one in Southern California. It took longer than expected to for the hose to arrive. So, they went above and beyond and installed a temporary hose until it arrived. We've used A&R in the past and they never fail to deliver. We had a minor billing issue which they resolved immediately. I highly recommend them if you are having any plumbing issues.

Just writing to say how impressed I was with Mario from A and R plumbing. I made a call to have a issue my drippy shower faucet late in the day. The next morning I received a call stating Mario would be out at a specific time. He showed up as scheduled and resolved my issue that was wasting water. The job was fixed promptly and was cost effective. Thanks for the great courteous service Mario provided.

I called regarding a problem with my tankless water heater which goes Luke warm after showering 5 minutes in our master bedroom shower. Michele really doesn't like to listen because she started to talk over me, and became irritated. I have been in sales my whole career and she has a horrible customer approach. I now see why other low reviews have been given. Lastly I am sure she will blame me in her response.

Honestly, A & R Plumbing has saved me more than once. Last week they took care of a tenant's house where the exterior drain pipes had essentially disintegrated (due to the age of the house and the inferior prior plumbing work by another company). The water had to be shut off and trenches dug.

Plumber Mario took pity on the tenant and her little girl, working that day and most of the next day with his parter, Justin, to fix the problem properly and efficiently. They even back filled the trenches so they barely looked dug.

I have used A & R many times over the years for other properties, including a business and my second home there. Mario has also worked at my home and my business. He is competent, honest and a good trouble shooter.

Whenever, A & R pulls up, you can be confident that you will be serviced with experience, integrity and fairness. They've never let me down!

Horrible plumbing service. Do shoddy work and don't accept responsibility. If you've something other than a toilet paper clog, run away from these folks!
