I was so very pleased with A.R.M. Plumbing! After fighting to unplug my kitchen sink for 8 days, I gave up and called. Wish I had done it sooner! He was here the next day and had it fixed within 45 minutes. He also gave me a senior discount, sometimes it's nice to be older! I highly recommend this business.

I discovered over the weekend that my water heater was leaking with rusty water & needed to be replaced. I got a hold of Kim Monday morning and said someone could be out there between 2&4pm the next day and it would probably be between $850-950 including everything I needed. Mike arrived the next day at 1:30pm (early is good). Really nice guy and knew what he was doing. Ran into a few ""snags"" as the previous water heater wasn't really installed correctly. He easily took care of the snags, cleaned up after himself and it was only $650. I would definitely be using these guys again.

Our hot water heater had a complete melt-down over the weekend. First thing Monday morning, Mike returned my call and later that same day, we had the old one taken out and a new, in-stock, 50 gallon tank running smoothly. The whole installation took just over an hour and the best part was that we didn't have to pick up a heater from a Big Box store, lug it home, and then try to arrange for someone to come out (days later) and install it. Bottom line: Mike is very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and their prices are very competitive. I'll call them again if we ever have any more plumbing needs...they are great to work with.

Great response & service. Called and left message and Harold called back within an couple of hours (message said at least by end of day so I was pleasantly surprised). Needed bathroom faucet replaced and I had supplies already. Scheduled appt for next day, today, service. Rec'd call from Mike, ARM's other service professional, in early morn to explain his coming and sooner then scheduled which was great for me!! Mike arrived, friendly & professional. Did the work and answered any questions I had. Even replaced apparatus in toilet tank that was causing problems too! I'm very satisfied with the service and Mike was great all around!!! Kudos!!!

Had Mike from A.R.M. Plumbing fix a leak under my sink that I have fixed at least twice with sub-standard results. Mike showed up early, diagnosed the problem as needing to use a different sealant on the baskets than plumbers putty and suggested replacing the baskets with a higher quality model. In and out in under an hour, courteous, professional, and reasonable on the price. I will definitely give them a call should I ever need plumbing work again.

I would give this guy a zero if I could. I contacted him 3 weeks ago for a job & he has not responded in any useful manner since then. He always says maybe tomorrow & then never calls back or responds to messages. He can shove it.
