I had ARM come out a couple of times for different plumbing issues. They are curtious, friendly ontime and explained what needed to be done. I would definitely call them again.

Absolutely the worse plumbing company, came out twice to asses the clogged pipe. Never fixed the pipe or gave an estimate to fix the problem. I've called at least a half dozen times to no avail, spoke with the 3 people who work there and still never got an estimate or a phone call back.
DO NOT USE !!! Worse customer service.

Our warranty company sent them to replace our garbage disposal.
The worker told us if we paid him $100, he would install a $400 disposal from their inventory, because otherwise we would be getting a builders-grade one from our warranty company that they covered. We were like, ""Wow, a $400 disposal for only $100? Yes, please!"" We wrote him a check and he asked us to leave the company name blank, because ""they have a special stamp they use."" We look up the garbage disposal later to figure it out more, and it turns out it was only worth $99.99. It was NOT a more expensive garbage disposal and we would have been better off just buying it outright and installing it ourselves. We had to pay the $100 deductible from the warranty AND pay him $100 on top of it, for something that should have been covered by our warranty. He was going to install the cheap disposal that the warranty covered AND pocket $100 from us. This company is a SCAM. They will lie to you and steal from you. I will never recommend this company to anybody.

We called them because we were having issues with having hot water in our sink. We were getting cold, but not hot.
Everywhere in my house was getting hot water just fine.
First of all, they came in & almost refused to touch my sink at all because we had a PUR water filter attached to the faucet & ""they're not allowed to touch the faucet if it has one"" but he removed it for me & said it would be ""our secret.""
Secondly, I had to explain the issue several times, & the 2 people that were there just didn't seem to get it.
Then they tried telling me it was my pipes & I needed ALL of my piping throughout my house replaced to fix the problem, which would cost me thousands of dollars.
I asked him if he could check that out, & he told me he would....but I'd have to call him back to come do it....which would cost me another 100 dollars out of pocket.

I paid them 100 dollars for nothing.

We got a second opinion & it turned out to be something simple & took seconds to fix.
Now we have hot water & didn't have to replace our pipes.

I think it was the fact that they saw I was a woman at home while my husband is on the road, so they thought they could take advantage of that, since I probably don't know anything about plumbing.

Never using your service again.

This has to be one of the worst and most greedy companies I've seen. My cousin had some water issues, they were getting hot water in there toilets and the cold water in there sinks would come out hot too. They first called ARM plumbing to come out and look at it. The so called plumber that went to check it, said that the water lines were crossed and that the pipes had to be replaced all the way back to the water heater. And tried charging my cousin $3000. Iam a plumber my self, me and my boss went out to look at it to give her a second opinion, and it was a simple fix, yes there was a cross connection but at a valve. All we did was close the valve that was there and it fixed the problem. All that needed to be done is to cap off that valve and connect the water line back together. We figured out the problem in 5 mins. And the plus the stupid plumber from ARM plumbing turned there toilet water line off and forgot to turn it back open. So over all ARM plumbing is just a greedy company looking to make a quick buck at the expense Of the customers.

Honest and fair pricing. Had a spigot replaced which was hard to get to, and had a split in the pipe. He was able to work in a very tight, small area and did a great job for a fair price.

I had a plumbing emergency today which involved a geyser of water shooting out of my sink every time I flushed the toilet - PANIC. Called A.R.M. Plumbing and was able to talk to the owner himself immediately. He asked a few astute questions and promised to be over that day. He came as promised, did a wonderful job, explained everything to me, and the charge was half what I expected it to be. Thank you Ray! Am recommending him to all my friends in Valpo and Kouts.

I had a leak in my shower/tub that was beyond just a simple fix. Luckily my home warranty sent out Ray and Brian from A.R.M. Plumbing to fix it. Not only did they do a great job repairing the problem, they were very nice and showed me exactly what the problem was. They also called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way (a bonus for someone like myself who works multiple jobs and needs to manage my time accordingly). I highly recommend them for anyone who has issues with their plumbing. They were my two favorite things in a business: professional and prompt. Thanks Ray and Brian!
