Ya wanna know why this is a 5 star company?

All the other plumbing companies said ""tomorrow"" or ""next week"", Richard was at my house in an HOUR!

This might sound a bit graphic but when your $#!T is stopped up, why would I want to wait until next week???

Brother was at the house and fixed the problem in record time!

Don't bother calling the other guys, just call A-Quick!

Another plumber who was supposed to do a camera inspection didn't show up, so I called A-Quick. He had another job in Huntington Beach, but said he would come right after that. He was very accommodating with my needing quick same day service. The other guy ended up showing up, so I wasn't able to use A-Quick, but I was really grateful for the quick and thorough communication and the willingness to help out same day. I will call them first next time!

The name says it all ""Quick"". Both Richard and Enrique were like the Flash! They went straight to the problem, fixed the issue (snaked the drain), and left. Now that's what I'm talking about.

Our renters contacted us late in the evening to let us know that the toilet was plugged and the shower drain was backing up. It was the only bathroom in the home so it was essential to get the issue corrected right away. We contacted A-Quick after finding them on Yelp and he showed up and fixed the issue that evening. It's not easy to find a plumber that responds quickly to resolve something others would consider a ""small job."" Richard was great and very professional. We will definitely use his services again.

Great plumber. Had a clogged drain on a Saturday, and after trying to clear it myself, decided I needed to call a professional.

Called and spoke to Richard, and asked for immediate service. He was at my place 28 minutes later, and was able to fix my issue in about 10 mins. Overall it only took 1 hour and 20 mins from phone call to problem fixed. Fair price, and kept my weekend on track!

Richard and Enrique were very polite and professional.

Lucky I found them and will be calling if I have any plumbing needs again.

Our main water line clogged on Memorial Weekend and they responded by phone within an hour and were out the next morning at the time they committed to. Price was very reasonable and they were professional and courteous. Our problem was fixed within an hour.

I called Ricardo a few months back to snake my tub as it was backing up. After two other company's suggested 10k in work by saying (this issue couldn't be fixed by a snake) Ricardo came out and did it!

Fast forward to this evening my main sewer line backed up both my bathrooms. I texted Ricardo and he sent out Ray. Within no time ray unclogged everything and all was back to normal.

What I value about this company is their honesty not trying to upsell anything. They make their customers issues feel like a priority not just a way to make money. I did have to pay a bit more because it was after hours but i fell it was worth every cent because I truly trust them.

Ray took his time and explained to me why the back up could have happened. I was really worried that I would have to replace my sewer line but Ray was confident that with yearly maintenance we should be okay (no promises) but based off of his assessment.

I do recommend this company. I have not had any major work so I cannot speak to that capacity . However, from what I know I feel confident they will do honest work. I'll be calling them from now on for that Healy maintenance Ray suggested and any of my other plumbing needs.

Main line was clogged. Water everywhere in the master bathroom. Even though it's Good Friday, Ray was here within minutes. Answered all of our questions, discussed our options and even gave suggestions for preventative care of our plumbing. Plumbing issues are never pleasant so when you have someone who loves what they do, is good at it and is pleasant to work with, it makes a world of difference. This is a family business which we always try to support and they have moved up to the top of our list for any future plumbing jobs.

I had two backed up toilets on a sunday. A quick came within one hour and cleared the line. Very fast and professional.

our main water line coming from the city valve to the house valve sprung a leak early in the morning. We didnt realize what happened until i walked outside and noticed the entire side of my house was flooded and water begin flowing to the front and sidewalk. Being that it was around 8am when we caught this, we called the city who came out quickly and turned off the main valve from the city-side but unfortunately the problem with the pipe leak was ours. A-Quick team came out and arrived super fast (like 5 min after the city water supervisor had just left). They took a look at what happened and estimated what was needed to fix. Gave me a fair quote (compared to what friends have paid for similar service) and told me the job would take approximately 5 hours since they had to repipe it with new copper pipes. My house already had copper piping inside but the outside main pipes were still the original galvanized ones.

they got the materials needed and cleaned up the fix in time and perfectly. Checked everything was working and no hidden surprise charges. These guys are LEGIT!! will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and recommend to any friends/family if asked.
