Can't say how pleased I am with this company. I needed a hot water tank right away called then and they answered quoted me and scheduled right away. Spoke with Walt the owner he is amazing so professional and helpful. His men showed up on time did the job quick cleaned up after themselves they were fantastic. Being a single woman it's hard to find anyone that won't rip you off and do a great job. So pleased with this company will highly recommend them to anyone!!!!n

Amazing! My gas lines are over 100 years old. It was such a complicated job. I had spent a month trying to reach out to contractors and them all telling me the job was too much to deal with and wouldn't even give me an estimate. Thank goodness I found A Quick Drain. They drove over an hour to get to my home and had to work many days to do all the things that needed done. I've met 4 different men in the company including the owner. I cannot express how honest and hard-working these guys are. Every one of them. You never saw them sitting around taking breaks. I actually had to insist they take a break a couple of times when it was 95 degrees out here. I've met Cory and he was pleasant, hard working and I think he might be like a rocket scientist or something he's so smart. T.J. is kind and hardworking. He went above and beyond what work he was contracted to do. The owner Walt even drove over an hour out to my home just to answer some questions I had in person. He took time and had a lot of patience with me when I had a ""cranky day"" (to put it mildly) and I wasn't so kind. He was very patient with me and wanted to see what he could do to make sure I am happy. They are so personable and good with people I feel like they've all been friends of mine forever. I had multiple things needed fixed and bc the house is so old it was a lot harder work than most places. Lee would spend hours on hours to fix something that every other company said was impossible to be done. Most people would've given up or half-a%#ed it. He would not stop until everything was PERFECT. Lee is who came out most. He is a rare find. A retired veteran, he comes from a rare generation of people that when they do something they do it right and only know how to work hard. I was actually doing a little construction thing of my own while they were working on my plumbing and Lee came up and let me use some tools and showed me what I needed to do. He ended up doing that too and taught me how I can fix some things on my own in the future around the house. They ended up doing a lot more work that what the original job was bid for. I feel like I underpaid big time and have tried insisting they give me a bill for the additional work they ran into but they absolutely will not take any money for that additional work. They've done everything in their power to make sure I'm pleased. I kind of wish I can adopt Lee and make him part of the family. I am sad to see him go. I will definitely be calling them for any future needs! I've heard it's hard to find good workers especially during this covid. I've never seen another company that had such dedicated, honest and hard working employees. Walt is very lucky to have the crew that he has.

Our main line had backed up and we couldn't remedy the issue on our own. A Quick Drain Service came out and fixed our issue fast. Lived up to their name and I would highly recommend them. Saved me hours of work trying to fix the issue on my own.
