I woke up after a flooding rain to find the septic tank had backed up and water in showers, tubs and toilets not functioning as no water could go out. I called this company as soon as they opened. I was told I would be contacted within the next hour and I was. The owner I spoke with told me that they would be out in a couple hours to let the water recede some. When they arrived, I showed them where the tank was located and they had me up and running within an hour.
