Had a septic issue as a renter. It had been ongoing for over a year with several incidents. Finally decided to call; these guys were able to fix the issue. They showed up once for an emergency call when I couldn't get anyone else in the area to be there within a few hours. The techs explained everything and were very practical. The prices are also great. If you have any clogged lines or clean-out issues, these guys are awesome. I would definitely trust them with any plumbing needs.

We have contracted with A Pro Touch Plumbing for over 10 years. They are always responsive and reasonable. Businesses you can trust are becoming more rare. I trusted them and have not experienced disappointment.

Had a pipe leak in the front yard and was left without water. They were able to come out the next day (I called the night before). Service and pricing was great. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with their work!

They "fixed" my backflow meter while I was at work because they said it was leaking. My neighbor said it wasn't leaking when she was watching the guy test it but ok I need to get this done for the City of Killeen. I received a bill for $255.50 and I'd have no issue if it had a breakdown of the parts used for the repairs but all it said is they fixed and tested my backflow. I am sending a check because i dont rip people off but will not use them ever again and I will tell everyone about my experience

I had the owner come and I explained EXACTY what work I needed done. It was to install a hot water heater. He quoted me $400. Then I said that I wanted him to install a faucet and check plumbing on a sink. He then said it would be an additional $50.00 for that. I agreed. We set a time and date.
When his employee did show on time, he installed the hot water heater, then I said I needed he faucet and to check the plumbing on a sink. He then informed me that the cost was $450.00 for the hot water heater and an additional $50.00 for the faucet and checking the plumbing on the sink.
I told him the owner said what the cost would be, and he said it was out of his hands, that the install of the hot water heater was $450.00. I asked him to call the owner and inform him if he did not want to honor his original agreed price then I would post the exact reviews about his company that I am posting. He said the owner did not care and it would be the additional $50.00. I said that if he needed the additional $50.00 then I would cost the reviews as to the misleading of the cost involved. I paid the $500.00 and will NEVER USE HIM AGAIN....

Called about some minor plumbing around my house, and was told they could come the next day. Called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, which was wonderful! He came in and discussed what we needed done, got right to work and cleaned up afterwards (huge deal to me, previously had plumbing work and they left everything for me to clean). Very polite, and the price cost was reasonable, I will call them again next time I need service! Thank you for the great job!!

Horrible, if I could give less than 1 star I would. Called on a Saturday and Mike explained that he was off on the weekends. That's why it's an emergency. ......anyways after telling me that if he came out he would charge me $200 just to come out for an hour even if he didn't fix it he would still have to charge $200. Then he called back 10 minutes later and said $300. Take your money elsewhere with these shady people and they talk to you as of you are shady. ...wow... How are they in business amazes me.

Disgusting service. Talk to customers like trash. The technician went ahead & "fixed" the toilet without proper consent or diagnosis. Very ill professionalism & hope no one uses their service.

Finding a good plumber involved kissing a few metaphorical frogs, unfortunately. Fortunately for me, however, I found A Pro Touch after the third try.

I LOVE these guys! They know what they're doing and they're honest, dependable, and forthright. Their first trip to my house they told me to stop using my garbage disposal, since they tend to be the cause of a lot of problems. Turns out they were right. Also, what kind of plumber would say something that would give them one less paying job to do? Answer: an honest one. They've also given me maintenance tips I can do on my own, which is very much appreciated. I've had to go run errands (or pick up kids) while they were over here and I had zero worries about leaving my house with them over. They're just all-around good guys.

When our sewer line snapped (gross), they were the guys I called. When my water line sprung leak after leak, they were the guys I called. When it finally became clear that we needed an entire replumb of the house (because when galvanized pipes decide to go, they go) they were the guys I called.

Forget the big national corporations and go with a locally owned business that believes in quality service. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I recommend them to you, too.

A Pro Touch showed up on time to repair my bathtub faucet. It turns out the diverter valve was bad. I've never seen one go bad so fast, so in my opinion, either it was a used fixture, or of poor quality, or both. Either way, I have a contract with American Home Shield, so this repair only cost me $75. The work was done well, and fast, and now my shower is up and running. Like I've stated in previous reviews. On matters concerning my home, I don't get to pick a contractor when I file a claim. But, in theory, all contractors that AHS uses, are of decent quality, and in my experiences so far, it has been true. He had to run to Ace and get the part I needed, but that didn't take him long. Total time from start to finish, just slightly over an hour. I'd recommend this company. Good work.
