BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE!!

In 38 years I have never taken the time to write a negative review. However, my experience with this company was so bad you need to be warned if you are looking for a plumber.

I hired this company to replace my sump pump. Sadly, this job proved too difficult for these ""amateurs"". Within 12 hours after their departure, water from my sump pump was spraying all over my finished basement and cost over $2,000 in damage (see picture section for actual invoices). Did this company stand by their work? Nope - not even a single dollar!

Within the pictures section of this review are the actual pictures; including showing the casing, A+ owner, moving casing that impacts both pump pvc pipes, damage invoices from Stanley Steaming and another local construction company, water damage, and the fans needed to dry out prior to repair work being needed. Please review these as this is actual evidence of their work. If this company happens to respond to this review and they don't provide actual evidence then you will know it is just another one of their many lies.

Attached are the costs attributed to the water damage that occurred in my basement on Monday, February 4, 2019, which was directly after the work performed on Sunday, February 3, 2019. Yesterday, Tuesday, February 6, 2019 at 10:13pm I received the last of the current estimates.

1. Attachment 1 - $911.06 Stanley Steamer; water restoration (note: pad, drywall and baseboard replacement needed; carpet can be salvaged if immediate action is taken);

2. Attachment 2 Invoice - $1,154.75; replacement of carpet pad, partial drywall, and baseboards;

3. ""Attachment"" 3 (series) - Pictures of joint sump pump casing showing how both pvc pipes (primary and secondary sump pumps) enter/exit, how lifting of the joint sump casing impacts both pvc pipes, pvc rubber connector, and a few examples of water inside the bedroom, as well as two adjoining rooms. Several of these pictures have already been provided, but under advisement I have been asked to maintain previous and current correspondence in a single email.

The costs total $2,065.81. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible, and prior to additional damage occurring, which will increase costs. After you have the chance to review this morning, please contact me today via reply to this email with your proposed solution so that we know how to proceed.
