Outstanding, professional tradesmen with the skills and knowledge to resolve any type of plumbing requirement. Damien - and Frank - understand customer service, respond immediately, take extra care on the job site to minimize the disturbance in your home. It was easy to make appointments, they will ensure the right parts have been brought to the job, pick up all your fittings from toilets to tubs, fixtures to faucets. Further, they are polite, respectful, and really pleasant guys to be around. And by taking extra time to make sure you understand exactly what was done based on your needs and budget you feel secure with the repair. These are my guys!

We had a backup going into our dry well line. Hadn't been cleaned in some time. Our plumber recommended them and I'm so glad they did.
They accurately assessed the problem, told me what they would need to do in order to fix it and did so in a timely, professional, and expedient manner. All for the price they stated.
I will use A Plus for all our sewage and septic needs moving forward. Great company.

Unfortunately they were not able inspect the septic tank but charged me $135 for the visit which had not been agreed upon in advance. Their communication was poor but they took the time to call me back and explain further after I initially wrote this review.

This company was the third party bully for a fraudulent water company. They were sent out to my community to shut off the water while the community is in dispute with the builder over charging residents water without water meters.
Trevor from this company came to my door to get payment of a said bill with no invoice or bill. To prove this bill he provided me with a number where only a voicemail picked up. I don't know about you but it sounds shady especially since you are not the company our bill should be paid to and you can't provide written proof. Needless to say they shut the water off without proof of any said bill. Sadly they have been sucked into a vicious battle.

A plus sewer service was able to provide my family with the service needed on the same day. Unfortunately, the only negative which upset my household, was that we were told someone would show at 2 pm, but due to traffic returning from an out of town job the arrival of the tech was delayed until 6 pm. Otherwise, Trevor, the tech that showed was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He performed the job with efficiency and cleaned up after himself.

Overall I am extremely happy with the service and would totally recommend them to anyone. The price was really reasonable....for a plumber. We were charged 3x the amount for less work with Jones than with A Plus. Totally a plus!

For half the price of a competitor they dealt with a roots-in-the-line clog, showed up ahead of schedule, and quoted and explained the repair we'll need to prevent recurrence, but didn't give us a hard sell about doing the repair.
