Someone from your company emailed me yesterday. False advertising... they have an exhaustive list claiming that's where they service only to find out it's not true. I wonder what else they are lying about, I wouldn't trust them

Found this company on yelp about a week ago to help my elderly grandparents with a leaky sink in their new house, they charged them $209 to replace the pop up assembly but the sink continued to leak until we ended up having to have a family friend come tighten everything up and they also charged them $139 to tighten a toilet seat which is insane especially when I had to tighten myself and when my grandfather tries to all the number provided on the invoice nobody answers I definitely would not recommend this company let alone trust them with your elderly grandparents

We were having work done outside couple of weeks ago and a hole was drilled thru concrete and hit water pipe. Had to turn off main which meant no water until fixed. Called around on Friday afternoon, hard to find someone but A Plus Rooter came thru, Mike was our lifesaver. Came over within 30 minutes and he used jackhammer to access damaged pipe, replaced with new pipe and work finished in 1 hour. Awesome job!

This is the second time Michael and his team have saved me. I had a disastrous water leak on the second floor of my house where the toilet hose broke. It has been a long and terrible 24 hours as I had to travel home to work on it. The guys raced out to my house to fix it and I now have water back. They are without a doubt the nicest most reliable plumbers I've ever dealt with.
