Found this company on yelp about a week ago to help my elderly grandparents with a leaky sink in their new house, they charged them $209 to replace the pop up assembly but the sink continued to leak until we ended up having to have a family friend come tighten everything up and they also charged them $139 to tighten a toilet seat which is insane especially when I had to tighten myself and when my grandfather tries to all the number provided on the invoice nobody answers I definitely would not recommend this company let alone trust them with your elderly grandparents

I was taking care of my elderly mother and she stuffed up the toilet. I had a call on the weekend and it was an emergency. Outstanding!! My necklace broke and after trying to disassemble the drain, research YouTube videos and making a makeshift snake to fish out my necklace, I called A Plus Rooter and spoke with Mike. His customer service was excellent and he took my job on short notice. He was extremely professional and saved the day!!! Only service I will use in the future. We were having work done outside couple of weeks ago and a hole was drilled thru concrete and hit water pipe. Had to turn off main which meant no water until fixed. Called around on Friday afternoon, hard to find someone but A Plus Rooter came thru, Mike was our lifesaver. Came over within 30 minutes and he used jackhammer to access damaged pipe, replaced with new pipe and work finished in 1 hour. Awesome job!

On Tuesday night at 10:20pm our toilet decided to completely clog and leak sewage into the pipes of two showers and ultimately come out the drain of the showers. We called at 10:30PM and they showed up around 12:20. That was no issue. Our plumber was very knowledgeable and knew how to fix the issue. The reason for the 4 stars in stead of 5 was because we were charged $450 to unclog the main drain from the outside, which is fine, however one shower was not draining after that and we were charged an additional $300 to snake that drain literally took a total of 3 minutes (when the main pipe was $450!). Other than the additional high cost for the shower, this company was knowledgeable and prompt. I would use them again in an event of an emergency. Hopefully none will arise :)
