Had a very unpleasant experience with this company. When I contacted them I was given a price of $ 97.50. I did not say he had to come in the evening, the next morning would have been fine. When he got here, he tried to charge me a $146 after hours fee and a diagnostic fee, totaling $ 311. When he looked behind my drywall, he saw that the pipes had simply come loose and separated causing the leak. So all he did was enlarge the hole in the drywall and re connect the pipe. Then he said it needed a strap but that he would have to come back for an additional $165 the next day or otherwise he would not guarantee his """"work"""". Paid him $ 97.50 and told him goodbye. Would never use their company again.

April 18,2023 my toilets were clogged. It was a Sunday and called A plus as the have 24 hour service. Mike came 2 hours later, confirmed an $800 charge for clearing drain from roof and putting down a camera for pictures. After working on the roof for 2 hours he came back in the house and said he had removed the clog Asked about pictures. He said he saw a leaking pipe under the house. His estimate was $10,000 to repair. I asked for the pictures and report to send for possible help from insurance company. To date, I have texted him twice requesting findings in writing. It's July and I am yet to receive anything from him. I am still having the problem and he refuses to even reply to my requests. I will be contacting another plumber to try and solve my problem. Be very careful, as it ended up costing me $800 to unclog toilets and the problem still exists.

On Tuesday night at 10:20pm our toilet decided to completely clog and leak sewage into the pipes of two showers and ultimately come out the drain of the showers. We called at 10:30PM and they showed up around 12:20. That was no issue. Our plumber was very knowledgeable and knew how to fix the issue. The reason for the 4 stars in stead of 5 was because we were charged $450 to unclog the main drain from the outside, which is fine, however one shower was not draining after that and we were charged an additional $300 to snake that drain literally took a total of 3 minutes (when the main pipe was $450!). Other than the additional high cost for the shower, this company was knowledgeable and prompt. I would use them again in an event of an emergency. Hopefully none will arise :)

Found this company on yelp about a week ago to help my elderly grandparents with a leaky sink in their new house, they charged them $209 to replace the pop up assembly but the sink continued to leak until we ended up having to have a family friend come tighten everything up and they also charged them $139 to tighten a toilet seat which is insane especially when I had to tighten myself and when my grandfather tries to all the number provided on the invoice nobody answers I definitely would not recommend this company let alone trust them with your elderly grandparents

Responsiveness - 5 Customer Service - 2 (Person is nice but they are lie alot. Second plumber sent out was rude. Don't believe what is said over the phone.) Value - 0 (Problem never fixed after repeated attempts) Quality -0 Quote - Will pay more than what you are quoted for The claim is that there is no repeated charges for the same issue. If the problem is not resolved, they will charge for the additional visit even if the problem is still not fixed. The issue told to the company was that when toilet is flushed it backs up into the tub and that there is a clog. These are amateur plumbers who don't have the qualifications to properly diagnose an issue. It didn't take a week before the problem returned and escalated where when the faucet was turned on for the sink, it backed up into the tub. Company sends out plumber and the problem was never resolved. Supposedly passes a snake and yet the clog remained. They think that passing a snake solves every plumbing issue. Dishonest businesses who run scams when caught should be put out of business. I prefer to support small businesses but companies like this give small businesses a bad reputation. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
