Someone from your company emailed me yesterday. False advertising... they have an exhaustive list claiming that's where they service only to find out it's not true. I wonder what else they are lying about, I wouldn't trust them

I had a urgent issue concerning the toilets. I made an appointment online for the same day. I called Michael to give him a overview of the issue. He was at my home in less than a hour. He was able to fix the issue and explain what caused the issue. He further advised what I needed to do to take care of the problem so I won't have any further issues. Michael was very professional and charged a fair price. I won't hesitate using him in the future and highly recommend him.

Responsiveness - 5 Customer Service - 2 (Person is nice but they are lie alot. Second plumber sent out was rude. Don't believe what is said over the phone.) Value - 0 (Problem never fixed after repeated attempts) Quality -0 Quote - Will pay more than what you are quoted for The claim is that there is no repeated charges for the same issue. If the problem is not resolved, they will charge for the additional visit even if the problem is still not fixed. The issue told to the company was that when toilet is flushed it backs up into the tub and that there is a clog. These are amateur plumbers who don't have the qualifications to properly diagnose an issue. It didn't take a week before the problem returned and escalated where when the faucet was turned on for the sink, it backed up into the tub. Company sends out plumber and the problem was never resolved. Supposedly passes a snake and yet the clog remained. They think that passing a snake solves every plumbing issue. Dishonest businesses who run scams when caught should be put out of business. I prefer to support small businesses but companies like this give small businesses a bad reputation. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

This is the second time Michael and his team have saved me. I had a disastrous water leak on the second floor of my house where the toilet hose broke. It has been a long and terrible 24 hours as I had to travel home to work on it. The guys raced out to my house to fix it and I now have water back. They are without a doubt the nicest most reliable plumbers I've ever dealt with.

Somehow a glass broke in our garbage disposal and jammed it. I went on Yelp to find a plumber and these guys responded right away. The tech was polite and fixed it quickly.

I'm always skeptical when there are only 5 star reviews for a company but I can see why with A Plus. Mike was super responsive when I put the quote request in at night and I was able to get a technician the next morning. I was even able to change the scope of work over Yelp messages. Mario was super fast, friendly, and thorough. He even found me a coupon code to offset some of the costs (I needed four new water cutoffs and a Moen kitchen faucet installed). When he was done, he cleaned everything up. If I need a big plumbing job done again, A Plus will definitely be the first guys I call. Thanks Mike and Mario!

I love them. I've used them twice and they're very good and very reliable. Might be a little pricey but not too much where you have to worry like at all. Very helpful and I'd use them for everything if I could. VERY VERY VERY PLEASED

A Plus Rooter gets an A++. Chris, the plumber/service person who looked after us was a real gentleman and a true gem to the company. He came out on a Sunday to fix my plumbing issue (which is something they don't usually do because they are off that day). The estimate they gave me was way below what other plumbers where asking. Chris made sure to test his work before he left to make sure all was A-OK. The work involved breaking some wall, soldering copper pipes and reinstalling a water heater. Chris was nice enough to help me with some minor drywall work (not part of their service scope as far as I know). I really appreciated them going the extra mile and I will definitely be calling them back for any future issues with my plumbing.
