I called this company because I had a problem with my drain in the basement. Mark showed up the owner of the company and took care of the problem and didn't overcharge me like some other companies around Antioch Illinois . I called A couple of companies for a quote and he was the reasonable.. I'm very pleased with the service and the work he performed.

I will be filing complaints against this company with the NAPSA, State of Illinois, BBB, and AARP ElderWatch for elder financial explotation against my mother. They used fear and intimidation to quote her work for several thousand dollars which subsequent plumbers stated was completely unnecessary. I called their management several times and still have received no response. Completely unethical and far from professional behavior. I would not recommend this company.

Worst plumbers ever!!! They were coming to check out the brand new ejector pump that failed, walked in my house and on my brand new carpet with their muddy shoes. The next visit they were supposed to be coming to put in the pump, but failed to tell me that. I also needed my water heater done and they were scheduled for that. Came in, I asked them how much it'd be, they said give us 15 minutes to see what we're dealing with and we will price it out. They wanted 750$ to put it in. I refused bc I know it takes 30 minutes. But they charged me 250$ to take it apart. They are a scam and will never be allowed in my house again or get any recommendations. Worst plumbers ever!!!!

Needed my toilet fixed they gave us a window from 1-3 came at 530 never called us to let us know they were running late then they were here for 10 mins changed a ring and called it a day after billing 150$ now the problem is that they didn't fix anything called and complained they came back and they said the toilet is cracked. supposed to be here 5 mins ago for. a 8-10 window. late yet again and no call to inform us and I'm at my wits end. what's the point of giving a window if your gonna just come whenever you want? also maybe spend more than 10 mins so you can actually resolve the problem I refuse to pay for anything but the toilet at this point service fees should be voided due to inconvience.

A much easier and better sewer cleaning experience than we expected. This was the first time we had the sewer line cleaned in our eight years living here. I had thought that there was no outside access, but Paul from AAA Walsh noticed a tiny corner of the access cover peeking through the grass. They were able to access the sewer from outside instead of the basement as we had originally planned. They rodded out two tree root blockages with a 6"" blade and then sent down a camera and showed my husband and I the inside of the sewer line. Paul and Tom took the time to explain what we were seeing, and were very knowledgable. All in all, it was a great experience and we will call them again next year.

Found them online when trying to find a company that could rod my main sewer line in my basement. The other day after using the tub, my utility room in the basement flooded through the storm drain. Since then, I can't even take a full shower without water coming up. I found this company online and after speaking with them on the phone, and their prices were better than others I called. I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did! They answered all questions I had and explained what needed to be done. After a couple hours of struggling with the old pipes from my 1956 home, they persisted and finally were able to get through! I was relieved that I could now use all showers and toilets in the house at once and it still wouldn't have any problems! Their big rodding machine even got damaged by my pipes that had too many T-turns, and when that happened they were even willing to make the service be no charge if I decided to try somewhere else until they could fix their machine, even though they had already spent two hours at it. I decided to stick with it, and they tried their smaller machine which was able to get the job done, so I'm glad I did! In the end, their price was definitely better than all other places around that I called. I would definitely recommend AAA Walsh to anyone who needs any similar service done, and will definitely be using them again if I have any other issues. Thanks guys!

Had a clogged bathroom sink and they were recommended to us by a friend. They were able to come out within an hour of talking on the phone and they did a great job. The plumbers were neat and made sure everything was clean when they were done.

Completely disappointed in their service. I needed my main line rodded out and they came and stained my carpet...barely rodded out my main line and then tried to upsell me on all types of garbage...they guy actually asked me to go and get him cash instead of the using the credit card...what a jerk.
