What can I say? If you have a septic tank, you need to have it pumped every few years. And sometimes you forget to have it pumped and it backs up. It isn't pretty but here we are. It happened on a Friday night, of course. We called quite a few places on Saturday morning but they were either closed or booked weeks out. We then called Sean from A Plus Plumbing who was able to get us an appointment that evening. They ended up having an issue with the truck and needed to reschedule for Sunday. That worked out for us as we needed more time to try to find the lid since grass and weeds had grown over (they charge extra for excavation). By Sunday night we were back in business! ;) Their prices were reasonable and comparable to the other places we called.

Cash is a liar and con artist-my wife called rose first but was booked-she found this criminal organization on her phone and called and they showed up-the driver was trained to only suck out inlet side of tank-rose pumps entire tank-the truck quit pumping at only half of one side of tank-cash said on phone that he knew truck was empty upon arrival and charged my wife for sucking 1000 gallons-the amount the driver sucked was about a cubic yard or 200 gallons-not to mention truck gets stuck in yard and I hooked my truck up to pull him to road and the driver destroyed neighbor's mailbox-no solutions to any of the problems that CASH created -he is worthless

Excellent service and highly reasonable! We had no idea where anything was located in the yard, he was able to find it, and take care of business! We will definitely use this company for septic issues in the future!

Cash answered my call and told me he could be at my home by a certain time when other companies were telling me they were booked up for days or some just not even returning my calls. He showed up and took care of my issue. Doing what you say you'll do is a big thing to me and Cash did exactly that.

Cash was awesome and super accommodating, came out on a Sunday, Super nice and totally took care of us. He also came by today to finish up just like said. We will be using him again for all our plumbing issues.

I needed my septic tank pumped ASAP. I called a few other companies before I found A Plus Pumping and Plumbing, nobody could get out to me the same day and half of them didn't even answer. A Plus Pumping came within a few hours. They got there quick, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite and courteous throughout the entire process.
