I texted the owner to get a quote and the estimate was reasonable. I asked if he could come between 10-12 and he said yes. Then he changed the appointment to 7-9am. It was too early for me and I asked if he could come 10-12 like it was agreed to. He replied """"I cannot help you and go find someone else"""". I will definitely find someone better.

Great experience with Ray and his team! Very effective and fixing a leak in one of our pipes along with hooking up a line to our fridge. The biggest thing was responsiveness. He actually picks up the phone and if he's unavailable, he finds someone else very quickly! Case in point...I called today at 11 and he had one of his guys out in lightning speed st 1130! Thanks again...great job!

This plumber was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. He (Ray, the owner) was supposed to show up at 9am. By 12:00 he was a no show. He then agreed to be the by 4 pm. 4pm came and went with no call or anything. He finally pulled up in his truck at 5:45 pm!! He then proceeded to finish smoking his cigarette in his truck (the same one pictured in his video) before finally getting out and strolling up like he was in no hurry and gave zero cares about being so late. Then he had the nerve to have an attitude like I was the one with the problem! He acted like he was doing ME a favor by being there. When I questioned him about being so late he literally said AND I QUOTE """"You want me to do the job or not?"""" To which I replied NO, GOODBYE and kicked his sorry butt out or my restaurant. He was THE WORST and I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Tomorrow I'll call a real plumber who has a sense of professionalism and cares about customer service. This man was a rude PRICK. I wouldn't hire him to service my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE** Response to owner below: Yes, you've never done work for me because you absolutely did show up HOURS late and you were asked to leave. I refused your service before even letting you look at the job. Why would I let you do work for me after you walked in with a chip on your shoulder? I stand on my initial review of your poor customer service and terrible attitude. I've never seen worse than you. Don't try to act like it wasn't you SIR. We spoke face to face and YOU WERE AWFUL. I guess I need to have my husband post a review as well since he was there and witnessed the entire exchange WITH YOU. Don't try to act like it was another plumber. It was ABSOLUTELY YOU and further validates my claim about your business practices that you would lie and try to deny that it was you. THANK YOU.

Ray came out and searched for a water leak I suspected I had in my front yard. He found the source of the leak in my irrigation system and turned off the water until I could have someone repair the irrigation system.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Provided enough information beforehand to ensure all my questions were answered. Arrived within the planned window and completed the replacement of our garbage disposal within an hour. Did a great job of checking to see if it could be repaired before beginning the replacement part. Very clean and respectful of the space. Estimate was exactly what I was charged and they were able to come out quickly. Would highly recommend and use again

They do a great and very clean job. Very polite and experts in what they do. Recommend to all

Took my call at 5:15 and was there when he said he would be at 9 am the next day. Fixed the problem and was in and out fast. Very nice man and knew his business. Highly recommend

My tenant reported that the water coming out of the shower head and tub faucet was either too hot or not hot at all. She couldn't control the temperature anymore. She reported this to me on Sunday morning. I immediately used Yelp's Request a Quote service and sent out a request to several Atlanta area plumbers. If you've never used Yelp's Request a Quote service, I highly recommend it. It's free, convenient, and saves a bunch of time and hassle. Raymond (Ray) White, owner of A Plus Priority Plumbing, responded to me almost immediately. Again, this was on a Sunday morning. My tenant texted me pictures of the tub/shower hardware which I texted to Ray. Ray was always quick to respond to my texts and answer my phone calls, no matter what day or time of day, which I really appreciated. When it comes to communication, he's the most responsive person I've worked with in home services. A lot of people can learn from him there. Ray was able to come and take a look at my problem the following Tuesday with a 12-3pm time window. He gave me a 30-minute courtesy call-ahead, which I requested, and showed up on time with another person (two vans). He diagnosed the problem, trying out a cartridge piece he had on him, and charged me $35 for the visit. A lot of plumbers and bigger companies easily charge a $50-100 trip fee just for coming out, so his diagnosis fee, especially with two people, was reasonable. The second person's name was Dakota and he was polite. Ray helped me make my decision which was to replace everything. Valve, cartridge pieces, control arm, faucet, and all. The hardware was 18 years old and had been through many renters over the years, so it was time. Ray charged me $650 for the job which included demolition (he had to destroy nine tiles to replace all the parts), replacement of the parts, some custom fittings and pipework, and cleanup. It took him about three hours to do the entire job by himself (normally, he has a helper, but the day he did my job, he was alone). He had to make a trip to Home Depot to get some particular parts once he tore my wall apart and saw what he was dealing with. Ray doesn't do tile work, so I'm having someone else patch up the hole he made. At my request, Ray temporarily sealed the hole shut with a plastic covering and tape. As far as I can tell, he did a fantastic job and I've heard no complaints from my tenant. Ray replaced my Kohler parts with Moen parts. He says Moen is easiest/simplest brand to work with. Other brands, like Kohler and Delta, have more quirks to them. Ray was able to check with his parts supplier and confirm he could get the parts for my job on the same day as my diagnosis. He was available to do the job on Wednesday, but due to a conflict I had at work, I had him come Thursday morning instead. So, total turnaround time from the time my tenant reported the problem to the time the problem was solved was only four days (would have been three if I could've met Ray sooner). Pretty good! He takes card and provides itemized receipts. If I recall correctly, Ray has been in the business for about 25+ years (working for large and small businesses) and has owned A Plus Priority Plumbing for the last 10+. It's a small outfit with currently about four on staff. They work all over metro Atlanta. Ray has a great work ethic. I read a Yelp review that said he even did work on Christmas Day and saved someone's Christmas. Does he ever take time off? Ray is a straight-shooter and no-nonsense type of guy. He may come across as short, but he's just being upfront and honest. I recommend you watch his video on Yelp. His responsiveness, the Yelp video, and Yelp reviews are what made me decide to choose A Plus Priority Plumbing over all the other vendors. Thank you, Ray!

Responds quickly to phone calls and texts. Came out to diagnose the problem, gave a fair estimate, and stuck to it. I will definitely remember to call A Plus next time!

My tenant reported an issue with the main bath shower (handle broke and water flow couldn't be stopped without turning off main valve). Since I'm out of state I contacted A Plus and they were able to respond and fix the issue the same day--providing continuous updates as they performed the work. The tenant reported that the technician was friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend A Plus.
