My tenant reported an issue with the main bath shower (handle broke and water flow couldn't be stopped without turning off main valve). Since I'm out of state I contacted A Plus and they were able to respond and fix the issue the same day--providing continuous updates as they performed the work. The tenant reported that the technician was friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend A Plus.

I was having an issue with my leaking bathtub, called A Plus Priority, and Ray to the Rescue! I've had 4 different plumbers look at this issue with various explanations and sky high estimates. Ray came and found the issue and advised me on how to temporarily fix it! I thank you for your honesty and not trying to hustle me because I'm a woman. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! He doesn't know it yet but I will be calling soon to schedule a tub replacement..well I guess he does now! Thanks for your service!

Dont use this company unless you want to throw away your hard earning money. They showed up with three guys cant firgur out what's wrong with my water heater charged me $350.

Had my water heater go out. Called up the highest rated company on yelp. They came by and quoted me a price that made me think twice. Granted, I needed it fixed on a Sunday. So I called APlus and Ray responded immediately. His price was 400 dollars cheaper and he gave an outstanding service. He was at my house within an hour. Completely replaced the water heater but he didn't have one valve, unrelated to the water heater, that needed to be replaced. True to his word he came back the next day and got it done. The other top rated company needed more money for that valve. All in all A plus priority was a tremendous value and a great quality of service and work. I think I found my plumber for life. Our water heater broke down soon after we moved into our home. Called like 15 plumbing companies before they finally said yes! The plumber was home before time. Did a diagnosis and gave me a quote. We opted to actually get a new one installed. They were cooperative and finished the job well and at a lesser price than others. Would definitely recommend them!

I needed a new hot water heater and got several quotes and did some research before settling on these guys. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. Ray was very responsive via Yelp and text.

They arrived within the given timeframe of 12 pm -3 pm. They were professional asked questions in order to diagnose the issue. The issue was water spots on the ceiling. I was worried about not fixing the leak and it resulting in other problems. Although a small section of the ceiling was cut out, it's something I can fix without calling someone else over and fix it. He gave several recommendations on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. If we need any help with plumbing, I will give him a call.

My water pressure regulator was leaking. I tried to fix it myself but realized the whole unit had to be replaced. I called these guys and Chandler came out within 3 hours. He was courteous, didn't mind me watching him do the replacement (I wanted to learn), and was done very fast. I felt the price was high for the amount of work but I think that applies to the plumbing profession as a whole (Chandler gave me a $10 discount too). Most of all I appreciated these guys coming out the same day as I would've been without water had it not been for them and would've had to deal with a very angry wife. Thanks Chandler.

Ray and the fellas did a fantastic job replacing my old water heater tank with a new tankless heater. It was the coldest time of the year and I had no hot water for bathing, laundry or dishes. They got the job done the next day after the consultation. I was very appreciative and would highly recommend this crew. Remember Ray, keep smiling.
