Responded faster than any of the major emergency plumbing companies. Came out on a Sunday morning and fixed a broken external main water pipe. They saved us from having to stay at a hotel. Quick and professional. I can't recommend this plumber enough!! Thank you!

They arrived within the given timeframe of 12 pm -3 pm. They were professional asked questions in order to diagnose the issue. The issue was water spots on the ceiling. I was worried about not fixing the leak and it resulting in other problems. Although a small section of the ceiling was cut out, it's something I can fix without calling someone else over and fix it. He gave several recommendations on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. If we need any help with plumbing, I will give him a call.

I had a water main leak in my yard and contacted Ray here through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon. Ray responded and said he could come out the next day. He arrived promptly Sunday morning, and assessed the source of the leak. He was able to bypass the damaged pipe to get water into my house until he could return to replace the pipe. Two days later, he returned as promised, and completed the repair. Good work, and backed with a 5-year guarantee.

Called with urgent problem, needed to install Toto Washlet and removed one stripped expansion bolt. I couldn't get the other out. Plumber texted me an estimate and I agreed to waited two days. When he arrived, he didn't even try to remove the expansion bolt. He tripled the price. He went out to his truck and drove away. After fifteen minutes I called and he said, """"Oh, I thought you didn't want the service."""" Again, he didn't even pick up a screwdriver to try to loosen the bolt. Looks like bait and switch to me and I have the texts to prove it. If you look at the 1 star reviews below, you'll see this is a pattern. Let the buyer beware and have a backup plan.

I texted the owner to get a quote and the estimate was reasonable. I asked if he could come between 10-12 and he said yes. Then he changed the appointment to 7-9am. It was too early for me and I asked if he could come 10-12 like it was agreed to. He replied """"I cannot help you and go find someone else"""". I will definitely find someone better.

I just hired this outfit to fix a shower that wasn't workable. The water wasn't coming through the shower head. It wasn't functional. A Mr. White responded fairly quickly. Should have been a sign of how inept he is. But I allowed, what I now know this lower function human, in my home, to address my shower issue. He got the water to come out the shower head. He obviously didn't stick around long enough to see if the water went from cold to hot to see if the water got hot to make it a FUNCTIONING shower. Once my guests discovered I had only cold water coming out of the shower. I called Mr. White to inform him that he job, that was overpaid for was not complete because he left us with a non functional shower with no hot water. The hit water works everywhere in my house with the exception of this shower. Due to his lack of expertise and obvious inexperience I'm left with just cold water in this shower. To top it off he told me I """"can't put that on him, because he fixed the complaint"""". He said this in an attempt to be intimidating and to be done with the issue in its entirety. If you want to hire a hack be my guest. A functional shower has hot water! Update: I see Mr. White has responded to my review, only to confirm he supposedly repaired a shower and left it without hot water. Be the judge. If that is a repair and that fixes a problem and he being a professional cannot come up with a solution other than """" I did my job"""" so be it. If he's worthy of future hires be my guest. The public has been informed. I imagine he will learn from this mistake and run future projects water long enough to make sure the hot water works. You're welcome.

Made an appointment. They didn't show up. Didn't call. Nothing. When they finally did call, they tell me that the equipment needed to do my job is broken. Huge waste of time.
