Ray came by same day on a Saturday to fix a shower leaking into my living room. He was cautious and methodical in his approach to find the leak. He opened up the ceiling, found the issue and some mold. It ended up being a bad shower pan, and we decided it needed to move into an insurance claim. Long story short, he came within hours, found the problem in under an hour, and charged a small fee for the visit when I decided to move to insurance. Exactly what I needed, no overcharging or drama. A really smart, honest plumber. He's now in my contacts for anything plumbing I'll need going forward.

Priority Plumbing saved our Christmas this year! Ray came out at 8:30 on Christmas morning and identified that we had a broken pipe. He helped save our holiday! He made himself available all throughout the day making sure we were comfortable and assuring us the problem would be solved as soon as possible. Chandler diagnosed the problem, helped me choose a good quality faucet, installed it, and repaired additional leak points under the sink. He couldn't have been more professional or courteous. Ray contacted me via Yelp shortly after requesting quotes from a few different places, also via Yelp. Ray was prompt to responding to my questions. Ray was able to come out the same day and was even punctual, which is rare in these parts for people to be on time anywhere!!! He identified the issue and went straight to resolving it. Unfortunately my plumbing issues were more then what I was aware of. He was professional, courteous, respectful and didnt seem to mind my dogs going NUTS inside the house while he was working. I will definitely use them in the future when needed. I was very sceptical about getting any plumber out to do any work. Ray has proved himself to be worthy.
