Avoid this company. I had used this company several years. When my house needed repiping, I called. Piping was fine and I paid thousands of dollars. But the house suddenly felt hot. When it was inspected, the venting in the attic was smashed and broken open. Francisco loudly told me it was an old house implying they just collapsed. No more of my money or referrals will go to this...

I had a crisis and the only company in town that would respond timely was A+. My water was off and the 2 techs/ plumbers that responded were professional , prepared, knowedgable and EFFICIENT!!! My water was back on within an hour . I have more jobs in the future and i now I now who i will be calling . Thanks!!

OMG! They are FANTASTIC!!!! My incident occurred at night and they came in the morning, quicker then expected which was GREAT!!! It was a clogged drain. My fault. They fixed the drain in no time at all. I have never been so grateful for what they did. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! And yes they were wearing masks! Very respectful and polite, also!! I would recommend this company!!

Excellent service with quick response and friendly and efficient plumbers. It was Friday afternoon before a long weekend and I had challenges installing a kitchen faucet to the point I was frustrated and had given up. Around 1pm I called A Plus Plumbing Services is desperation and was pleasantly surprised with a friendly voice to hear my story and then shortly thereafter a call back with a confirmation that a plumber would be on his way. Within an hour the team was here, assessed and fixed the problem, and installed the faucet. Not only were they professional and efficient, they had a friendly and reassuring attitude. The technician was very prompt, very courteous, and completed the job in a year a short time for a very reasonable price. Poor service They said a part is missing and that they would come the next morning at 9 AM with the part. They did not show up as they promised and also ignored two voicemails I left. They did not fix the problem and they were no responsive to further calls.

Installed 3 toilets and 2 new sink fixtures 2020. They didn't line up the faucet handles when they installed them and the bolts at the bottom of one of the toilets were left loose. This is about as sloppy as it gets. Now 2 years later one of the toilets is leaking around the wax ring. They take no responsibility because they warranty for only one year, even though wax rings are suppose to to last the life of the toilet.

Pretty good overall experience. Came out to fill out the forms requested for my hoa without any charge to do so, came very next day for install on short notice after a quick approval. Got done quickly and the tech was polite.

This is the second time I have used them. Had to replace the water heater. I got a reasonable quote and they came out two days later and installed in under 2 hours. They left the workspace spotless and it was working with hot water after 30 minutes after the electric was turned back on. I certainly will be usig them again.
