A Plus was recommended to me through my home warranty policy (First American). My hot water heater broke over the Labor Day Holiday. Ralph was the only plumber who came out on that Sunday to help secure the water issue until the heater was ordered. He was absolutely wonderful. Angie in the office was very sympathetic to my issue and worked hard with First American to get my claim processed as soon as possible. Both of them were great. Ralph even looked at my dishwasher when he was out and fixed a small issue without charge! I can't tell you how wonderful they were and I would highly recommend them!

Horrible, horrible service. They were dispatched due to a home warranty claim. Ralph installed a toilet downstairs that does not fit. My original toilet had a low tank bowl and he installed a standard size toilet with a standard size tank. I have a premuim plus protection and he replaced my toilet with the cheapest one he could find. The replacement was not a like for a like!

I spoke with Ralph, the owner, on the phone with the customer service rep from my home warranty complany, we had a three way conversation. He was extremely rude. He started to yell at me and threatened to hang up on me. Seriously, that is how you run your business, Ralph? Wow, that explains why you have so many negative ratings here on Yelp. This is not your first time offense. You are a multiple offender. Very unprofessional and lacks the respect to run a succesful business.

If your home warranty dispatches this company, refuse it. Demand to get someone else. This by far has been the worst experience that I have had being a homeowner. He took no responsibilty for putting in the worng size toilet and putting caulk on my wood floors. It looks like a hack job. My 8 year old probably could of done a better job than him!!!

Impressed is an understatement. I never write reviews, but due to all of the negative press below, and more importantly my most pleasant experiences with A+, today is an exception.

Here's the deal. Plumbing leaks are expensive...I mean I should know, I have had 4 or 5 in the past few years! And guess what? It takes a TON OF WORK and holes to fix it...so your house is going to look as ugly as anyone else's who is dealing with the same dilemma, BUT A+ WILL DO IT RIGHT! They have always made our concerns their concerns, no matter what time of day or night. They just spent 3 days in my home and cleaned up EVERYTHING, EVERY NIGHT prior to leaving, full well knowing that they would be ripping it back apart first thing in the morning. Even as they found more problems and the days got longer, the PRICE NEVER CHANGED. A handshake and a verbal price agreement was made and they stuck to it. Sam and Mike did EXCELLENT work for the second time in the past 10 months, and Gina and Ralph assisted by scheduling them and working with us to try and keep it in budget. I am so GLAD that we have had the plumbing misfortune of dealing with A+ so that we can RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE else in this area who will undoubtedly continue to deal with the relentless bank account draining of copper piped homes, until they choose to bite the bullet and REPIPE like we did.

THANK YOU Sam, Mike, Gina, and Ralph. I truly don't believe anyone but the A+ team could have made ripping apart my home, and taking my money, any less PAINLESS!

This company has 2 Yelp accounts, I'm posting my review here as well as on the other Yelp account. Hired them to replace my water heater. Scheduling was tough, but once they did start to work, they suddenly had a bunch of additional costs half way through the water heater install that I had to agree to or they would just walk away! It felt like a scam and on top of that, they made a complete mess in my garage and driveway with broken plaster from my water heater stand that they smashed up pretty well installing the new water heater as well as metal shavings, etc. from the plumbing work. I could not recommend them any less.

had a kitchen sink line blocked - well beyond the p-trap. Angel arrived (he is awesome) and after a couple calls with our home warranty co, they approved him snaking out the pipe all the way to the mainline sewer. He worked quickly and diligently and when he had a little difficulty he didn't give up. he had great advice for me and I definitely would call him back again if I have any other issues. The office staff was also very friendly and understanding as well - keeping me informed at every step.

They lied to me twice about a slab leak detection I paid $150 for. I opened the ground where their tech ""Sam"" told me the leak was, and the pipe was not leaking there. They sent their tech back out a second time and he lied again about where the leak was. He didn't even trace the entire line and just wanted to leave as soon as possible and steal my $150. I called the owner Ralph 5 times and then he stopped answering my calls or returning any of my voice mails. The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen with any company ever. These people will lie to you and steal your money. They need to be sued and lose their license. What a total scam outfit designed to take advantage of people.

My home warranty sent these guys to my house for a toilet flushing problem. The technician didn't do much. Just used the snake and told me there are roots in my pipes. He left and in his report, he mentioned that my house doesn't have a ground level clean out installed. I do have that installed and I don' know why the technician didn't ask or look for it. Based on their report, the home warranty didn't want to continue fixing the toilet issue, because it is not covered. I had to take photos and fight with them to prove that I have coverage.

Had some plumbing issues, my home warranty company sent A Plus Plumbing to check it. The guy who came was rude and ignored me when I greeted him. Not only that, he submitted false reports to the home warranty company which lead to our claims getting denied! I guess that's why the warranty company like to use them! Such a terrible company, no wonder they have to rely on home warranty companies for business. They would go out of business quickly if they try to actually compete in the free market.

Scheduled an appointment within 3 hours of my call to my home warranty company. A+ sent someone out who was courteous and didn't talk down to me. He fixed everything quickly, was professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

By far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. First time home warranty sent them out to fix a slab leak. Everything seemed fine after the meeting and they were going to start work after the water damage was taken care of.

When they came out they drill huge holes in the studs and even took out half the stud at the base of the 2x4. They cut into a cabinet, and then realized what they were looking for wasn't there. When they left for the day they left all there trash and did no cleanup whatsoever.

I called the owner Ralph back to take a look at the work. He came out and told me all his bored holes and notches in the studs were to code. When they clearly were not. He said the work was not done and that he still needed to do more work on it, even though I had the signed document stated work was completed. I declined the work and told him I wanted a permit to ensure everything was to code. After two weeks of not returning phone calls I finally got a hold of him, and he told me he had fired the plumber that did the job and he would like to finish it before a inspector came out. I wanted the job done so I finally let him do it. It passed inspection after another 5 hours of work.

When my reconstruction was set to begin, they found there was still a slab leak. It's not covered in the warranty because a plus used all the money. I called another plumber out to fix the new leak, and he told me that aplus left all the acid on the pipes when the was sealing it. I asked to check to see if they plumber fixed the correct leak so that first time home warranty could pay for part of it due to a botched job, and he told me they cut the pipe in such a bad spot that there would be no way to test it unless the broke into the slab.

DO NOT!!!! Let first time home warranty dispatch them, you will regret it.
