I met Ralph and his teams in 2003 when I moved into my townhouse. He has extensive experience with our community. He is the only person I have let touch our delicate, old, original copper plumbing. He is clean, courteous, and highly skilled. I've never experienced a problem with his work in fifteen years. He never overcharges or tries to upsell. What you see it what you get. I like doing business with him. His office assistant Susan is also impeccable. A wonderful team. I highly recommend A Plus Plumbing .

I am a first time home owner and have had some annoying plumbing issues. After dealing with some other plumbers who have been terrible and dishonest with my home warranty, I am SO glad they finally sent me a REAL plumber who knows his stuff! Honestly, if you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind, honest and respectful plumber, Ralph is your man! While he was here his phone was buzzing off the hook and every single call or text he answered with respect and was never rude or condescending. If we were in the middle of a conversation he excused himself and quickly replied to whoever was calling or texting. That's great customer loyalty and respect.

Late at night a water valve on my bathtub broke and the water wouldn't turn off. My home warranty service assigned me to A Plus Plumbing & Rooter. They gave me an appointment right away and came within a few hours. Joe came to my house and replaced the valve in 15 minutes and handled it like a pro.

The women who handles the phone was also helpful and responsive to help me get an appointment right away.

I simply cannot say enough good things about A Plus Plumbing & Rooter Inc. and especially our excellent technician, Andy!! We've been in our San Clemente home for 22 years and when we bought, it also came with a Home Warrantee Insurance Plan which we've just continued to renew every year thereafter. What we've found over the years is that you really can't pick and choose a vender for the specific trade that you need at the time. The insurance plan has their list of approved vendors, who have been sufficient over the years, however, they oftentimes come from north and east Orange County. Since my husband is a licensed general contractor and very particular about quality of workmanship, in replacing appliances as necessary, he generally opts to take ""cash out"" for the approved cost to replace what can't be repaired (i.e. cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) purchase our choice of appliance and do the installations with our small but mighty team. Well our hot water heater decided to spring a leak, of course, on the 4th of July... I said that I'd call in a service request to the Home Warrantee company and my hubby said ""How about I go get one from Lowe's and have it installed before dinner?"" But I hate to spend $1000 plus when we could just spend the $75 copay, so we compromised that I'd file the claim for an expedited service call and once claim approved then he could go get the water heater and we'd be reimbursed. First thing next morning
Andy from A Plus Plumbing, right here in Laguna Niguel, arrived. He was extremely sharp, knowledgeable and told us that he could be back at 9 the very next morning (today) with a new water heater, install it and remove old one. That is EXACTLY what happened! Before lunch, even!
A fabulous company and technician is what you'll get and the job will be done correctly, to code and with utmost cleanliness!
