I had used this plumber before and service was great. However, when I had an emergency and called twice, leaving voicemails both times, no return call! I called another plumber who came out the same day and found and fixed the problem. If you have an emergency don't call A Plus!

A Plus is a wonderful company to work with and I have used them for emergencies as well as routine things. They are ALWAYS easy, trustworthy and available. Pricing is good, workmanship is excellent, and they treat you like family.
Recently hey installed a water heater another company completely dropped the ball on. Called them on a Friday afternoon and they were out, installed and done in 45 minutes the next morning.
I can't say enough good about this company and strongly suggest them to everyone I know.

Not impressed with this company, my husband called them out to assess a leak outside of our well box. We waited a week for our appoint. On the day of two men showed up and barely inspected the system. They left to have utility to come out and mark the system with an assurance that they would be back after. Utility showed up to mark and left because the plumbers were no longer on site. They left the rest of the weekend without so much as a phone call especially after claiming to need excavation. They didn't provide a quote or even an idea of what the issue was before quickly leaving so we are sitting with the exact same issue we started with. Nor are they returning our calls.Would not recommend this company

I needed a plumber to replace a toilet in my bathroom and was trying to get it the same day due to just being off work that day.I called A plus and talked to the sweetest person and explained my situation and she was able to get me worked in.The young man came completed it in no time and was very nice.This was the only time I have worked with them but would highly recommend them.

First with a positive note we had a back sewage issue in the basement and A Plus came out the same day and snaked. We then had to get a hazmat team to clean up the backup. Six days later we had the same issue and A Plus came out again and used a camera to identify the problem area. It was determined that they would have to jackhammer up the pipe to repair. We set up and appointment two weeks out right before the Christmas Holiday.

This is were the 1 star comes into play. We were waiting for the team to come in that morning and we get a call 10 minutes prior stating that they had an emergency and could not come. I requested a call from the owner. I was told that i would receive a call in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later no call so i called back requesting a call from the owner and I finally received a call 30 minutes later. I was informed that there was an emergency and it would be another week before they could come out. During the call not once did the owner offer to come out after the emergency and mind you my wife was in tears.
There is NO WAY I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

A Plus Plumbing? This is more like F Minus Plumbing to me. Don't even waste your time and bother calling him. His incompetence to properly fix a leak caused me $7000 in flood damages which the insurance refused to pay for unless it was considered in a second claim. If the idiot had fixed the pipe right from the first time when I filed the first claim about the SAME EXACT LEAK SOURCE non of that would have happened. The idiot denied responsibility, promised to show up on Monday to fix pipe again (and get paid again), he wouldn't even keep the appointment.He just never showed up, never answered his phone all day of our scheduled appointment. Never showed up. Never heard from that idiot again. Don't even bother wasting your time or hard earned money with this crook. You're better off calling a professional. BEWARE!
