We live in Diablo Grande, Patterson. We started having all our bathrooms flooding at the same time which turned out to be a broken sewage pipe outside that was causing the backup. It was thought to be in one spot by two previous cameras yet when A Plus Plumbing came out to do the work it was actually located under part of my beautiful lawn. I was so worried where they had to dig would be destroyed forever. Not even close! These guys assured me then took time to carefully take off the part of the lawn keeping it in tact and upon digging quite a deep hole, completely fixing the problem put it back as correctly as possible so it could reattach and thrive with the rest of my lawn. GOING THAT EXTRA MILE! It has not been very long and it's almost not even noticeable now. Unbelievable the care and understanding and respect this company showed our house leaving it spotless as if they had never come. A Plus is 100% suitable name to this company as they take pride in the work they do as well as explaining the work before & after to some of us anxious homeowners. Problem fixed and lawn still beautiful. Win Win with A Plus Plumbing.

He came in for only an estimate and offered to just get it done today since I had all the parts. We hired A Plus yesterday to fix a clogged (very badly) kitchen sink, and a broken toilet fitting. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes! He and his daughter worked hard and with great professionalism to clear the clog and fix the toilet. It ended up needing specialized equipment. They called this morning to let me know they were enroute. They fixed everything and installed a new Japanese squirting bidet type toilet seat. The price for the work was about 500 dollars less than we expected! A great company for sure!

I was referred by a friend on Facebook because I needed basic plumbing done and a bath tub fixed. When I called the gentleman was more than willing to listen and take notes and explain to me that the job could be done without a problem and he was happy to send out a plumber. Albert, one of the techs came out today 6/18/21 to fix my tub and a leak under my sink and he was by far the most kind, genuine human in customer service ever. He explained what the problem was and how easy the fix will be. Albert even cleaned up when he was done even though I told him he didn't need to. He was even kind and patient with my son who is autistic. He wanted to help so he let him hold the flash light. THANK YOU.

This company is family owned and you can honestly tell they take amazing care of there customers and employees. 100% would recommend A plus plumbing to everyone.
