Called to get a minor leak in a shutoff valve going to a backflow preventer corrected. Missed the day that they were scheduled for, called back and they came out the next day.

Was told they couldnt fix the valve and had to replace the entire backflow preventer and the two shutoff valves connecting to it. At this point I should have gotten a second opinion because I really thought they should be able to replace a single valve. Long story short they quoted me 368 to replace the part. I agreed, took them less than an hour to complete. The part at big box stores is 80...a total of about an hour of work at the house..you can figure the hourly rate yourself.

Also, the quote they gave me didn't include an additional 25 for a trip charge or taxes. So the final cost was over 400.

They get two stars only because they fixed the problem. Plumber left a mess of solder and ptfe tape for me to clean up.

We called in the morning to see if someone could come out and take a look at our leaking hose bibbs from our washer. Mo showed up a couple hours later to give a free estimate and was able to replace the bibbs right then. He did a great job and we were very satisfied with his work. 4 stars only for the price but well worth it!

Long story short, our kitchen sink was clogged and it backed up, so we googled a plumber and picked A Plus. It was just after hours, and had to leave a message with the answering service. Steve, the owner, returned my call in 15 mins. He said a tech would be here in an hour.

Allen showed up on time, and gave service with a smile. He fixed our drain quick, and even checked our RO system to see if what the RO guy told us was true. While our problem was small in terms of plumbing, they came through just like they said they would.

Allen's company shirt says 'you've just found your plumber'. It's true, and we'll be calling them again if needed. Thanks A+.

Steve and his team are amazing! They are timely and efficient and do a great job and are completely knowledgeable. Most of all, Steve and his team are the perfect example of honesty and integrity which is hard to find these days. They went above and beyond to get my job done and were more than reasonable and fair on pricing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat...you can't find a better plumber out there with stellar service and such a high level of integrity!

Worst experience ever. Run away from this company. We don't belong to Steve's church and maybe that's why we got such lousy service. Steve nickels and dimes you every way he can. We spent thousands of dollars and everything went wrong that could. The toilet spout is crooked, the drain cover is crooked, the kitchen sink leaks, his employee, Alan, was extremely clumsy and broke our tile and scratched our tub and then Steve tried to say it was like that before. When we called him to fix it he wanted to charge us more money. Alan told me point blank that most of the work he did in our house was his first time doing that type of job ever. The best part is when he said he didn't think it was important to follow the instructions when he installed our shower. Now the diverter valve points to overhead and the water comes out the tub spout. He said hopefully a woman will be using it because they don't know how to operate complicated things. On top of that he is rude and seems to always be in a bad mood. I wish you could leave 0 stars. This is nowhere near A+ service, more like D+

After finding our water heater leaking on Sunday afternoon, we search Yelp to find an honest company with good reviews. We chose A Plus based on the outstanding reviews. We called, and Allen was at our home within the hour to check it out. He had to replace the water heater (which we thought would be on Monday), to our surprise he said he would go pick up the water heater and install that day!!! Allen was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. A Plus was very fair and reasonable on price as well. A Plus provided prompt and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had a water heater issue this morning and called this company based on the Yelp reviews. Steve said he'd send someone over within the hour (on a Sunday!). I inquired about the Yelp coupon and he said he would honor it. Allen arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We had other plumbing issues that he took care of as well. Extremely prompt, extremely professional and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues. If you're looking for a reliable plumber who gets the job done, call this company!

I had a badly corroded pipe leading to my main water line that busted and left my condo with no water. After calling 5 other Yelp plumbers, who couldn't help me, some for several days, Steve had someone out within the hour! He had me send pictures to him over the phone in order to provide me with a cost estimate. I thought that this was really nice because I had some idea as to what this was going to cost me. He then called me back with an estimate and when I agreed the plumber arrived within the hour and my final cost was actually LOWER than the estimate he gave me.
