I hired Adam to do work. Once the job was finished I paid in full. I received a call from a sub-contractor that Adam had hired and was told he was not paid. The sub-contractor has put a lien on my home due to this. Adam gave excuses, said he would pay him and finally stopped contact with me. Additionally, I found out he never removed the piping he had replaced so now I need to remove and dispose of that at an additional charge. NEVER DO WORK WITH A PLUS PLUMBING AND HEATING!!!

I hired this company not knowing they had hidden fees such as $49 service fee. They also charge me $229 for snaking my main line which I was ok with, until they charged me $49 to ""clean the slow line"" which I didn't ask for. The total was $327 and I felt taken advantage of because I'm a senior citizen. My daughter then called them to discuss the charges and they had the technician call her back. When she tried to talk to him about the bill, he just talked over her. She finally asked him to shut up so she could finish her sentence. That was not appropriate but he then started swearing and tell her to f... off and that it was people like her who did not want to pay their bills are f...he went on yelling at her, so she hung up on him. He called back and continued to yell at her and then hung up. I was shocked by a professional company charging over $300 for a simple job of a senior citizen and then being so rude!
