I received a message estimate of $55 for the work from Cordie. Other estimates I received were much higher. So I call Cordie and set an appointment time to come over. He arrived right on time as he had told me. He is very professional and polite. Above all, the work was completed with excellent satisfaction. He charged exactly same as the estimate?
