I needed to replace an old existing kitchen faucet because the handle had broken off. I had purchased a new faucet with parts and I needed to find a plumber to install it. I received a message estimate of $55 for the work from Cordie. Other estimates I received were much higher. So I call Cordie and set an appointment time to come over. He arrived right on time as he had told me. He is very professional and polite. Above all, the work was completed with excellent satisfaction. He charged exactly same as the estimate?
