Very good job and quick! My bathtub is working perfectly.
Thank you so much.
Daisy.

I have previously used Edgar for multiple plumbing services with stellar results and this time was no different. As always, Edgar arrived on time and prepared with all necessary tools on hand (including mask/gloves/booties). The bathroom sink was backing up and clogged. He quickly assessed the problem and removed/replaced the corroded pipe after snaking and cleaning the pipes. Like a pro, he had extra pipes handy in his truck without having to waste time going to home depot. Edgar always comes on time, comes prepared with all necessary tools, correctly and honestly assesses the issues, charges a fair price, and cleans up the area prior to leaving - a true pro! I highly recommend Edgar for your plumbing needs!

My kitchen sinks stopped up and I needed them unstopped. First plumber was unable to get the drain unclogged, so A+ came in. They snaked through to the main drain, but 30 years of junk made it impossible, so they came back with the hydro jet. Magic! They arrived on time, kept at it till I had my sinks back, and they left the place clean as a whistle. Prompt, courteous, professional, clean - you can't ask for more! My highest recommendation.

We started experiencing some back up issues and Edgar right away knew it was a mainline issue. Unfortunately, we didn't have a mainline clean out. Now thanks to A+ we do. The guys were great, tons of information, quick install, clean and awesome to deal with. No more problems and now we have access should problems come back.

A + gets a F-.
The pilot light in our water heater would not stay on and our home warranty service sent A+ to repair the issue. Communication was poor, follow through terrible, many excuses made with no attempts to remedy delays and zero sense of urgency to address a hot water heater issue. Customer service is apparently not a component of their business model. Following is the timeline of events. Decide for yourself if you would find this an acceptable experience.

Monday, August 10th: First service call. The technician asks if the gas ignition system was providing an error message. It was not. This presented a challenge to determine repair process. The technician explained that Rheem water heaters are not well made and have a lot of issues. (For the record, we purchased our house with the existing water heater installed). Technician explained they needed to order a replacement part.
Wednesday, August 12th: I called A+ and spoke with person 1 who said they did not receive the order information from the technician and would be placing the order for shipping the following day. This was a very frustrating conversation and I admittedly lost my temper and was very unpleasant with person 1. But this was also the beginning of lousy and inconsistent communication, excuses, apologies but no solutions.
Thursday, August 13th: Through text message I learn that it was not about the technician not communicating but that they were working with Rheem to identify which parts needed to be shipped.
Friday, August 14th: I am notified that the parts have been shipped to my house. I receive a text message notifying me that a service appointment is scheduled for August 18th between 1:00-3:00.
Monday, August 17th: I receive a text message that the appointment for the 18th is between 3:00-4:30. No one at A+ called to verify I was available for the new time. However, I did receive a call from person1 asking me to confirm for them when the parts arrive so they can keep the appointment. I asked for the tracking number. Person 1 said they only had a case number. I asked if the case number had the shipping information. Person 1 said they didn't know because they didn't place the order. I asked person 1 if they could get the tracking information from whoever did place the order. When person 1 came back with the information they notified me the parts would not arrive on the 18th and they would need to reschedule. I checked the tracking information myself to find that the parts did not ship the previous Thursday as I had been told but not until Friday. They were also shipped ground service, no expedited shipping.
Thursday, August 20th: Via text I inquired if I had an appointment for that day as the parts were possibly going to arrive. A+ said they had me held for between 3:00-4:00. The parts did not arrive. I received a text saying I had an appointment for the next day between 1:00-3:00. I asked why the parts were not shipped for faster delivery. A+ blamed the manufacturer.
Friday, August 21st: The parts finally arrive but too late.
Saturday, August 22nd: I receive a text informing me of an appointment time on Monday, August 24th.
Monday, August 24th: Two weeks after the first service call they finally install the new parts.
Friday, August 28th: The pilot light goes out. I am able to reignite it.
Friday, September 4th: I notify my home warranty company the problem persists. A claims person did not call me back or I would have asked them to refer a different plumbing company.
Tuesday, Sept 8th: A+ leaves a voicemail to schedule an appointment. Not certain I want to revisit my experience with them I do not respond.
Wednesday, Sept 9th: Person 2 from A+ sends me a text to follow up about scheduling. Through a pleasant exchange we agree to Saturday, Sept 12th between 10:00-noon.
Thursday, Sept 10th: I receive a call from person 1 explaining they are short staffed and would I be ok if they reschedule. I said I would not be ok with this. Person 1 then started to explain why they wouldn't be keeping the appointment. I recounted, not pleasantly, all their previous failures. Person 1 complained that I was revisiting this and that they had apologized. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner. After being left on hold I hung up.
I then sent a text to person 2 stating to remove me from their calendar explaining I had asked the home warranty company for a different provider or I would just pay out of pocket as the continued experience with A+ wasn't worth it. Person 2 sent a text stating they had people out sick, chastised me for being mean to person 1, that they were notifying the home warranty company I was mean and it's not their fault I have a Rheem.
Be advised.

Well I didn't even know what a ""slab leak"" was until it showed up at my house. A+ was actually the 2nd company to inspect my house and i'm so glad it worked out that way. Edgar did an awesome job in locating the leak, covering up the whole kitchen area to contain the dust and completing the job in a timely matter, even when the concrete was extra thick! He is very easy to talk to and explains exactly what is going on with the issue(s). Gabby was great to communicate with since she was very responsive and courteous. Now who's my (slight) favorite on the A+ team...it has to be Jenny! It was great working with her to coordinate the entire job and was very punctual on keeping me up-to-date. I can see how this team works so well together and I had a great experience with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Great job guys and you are truly A+!

I've used A+ Plumbing on many projects. They are always responsive and I've been very happy with the results. They've tackled big and small plumbing issues for me over many years. They have been reliable, professional and great to work with.

I'm very happy with their service . Technician know his job very well and I really trust his diagnosis. Called him few times through my home warranty and happy with their service .

Edgar came out the same day and figured out the problem. UnFortunately I needed an appliance repair man to fix the ice maker But with Edgar's help identifying what the exact problem was I was able to send the appliance repair man picture of the part and he was able to come with the part the first time to repair the icemaker. I always trust Edgar to be honest and fair

Cesar and Jenny and all their team were professional, clean and efficient. I really appreciated them and would recommend them.
